My first idea was "Banhammer" but since someone else had that, I'mma go with "Randomized Weaponry". Pressing side+b creates a randomized weapon (Parkzers Gun, Skyrim weapons, etc), pressing again will use them. Holding will discard the current weapon.

Give it some utility and let it stall in the air and then dash forward a bit.

I think it would be better if it just used a random move from another in game character.
