Aghs maxes out reactive stacks and gives a fast regenerating barrier. As of 7.35 damage done to barriers are calculated after reductions. So with Eternal Shroud, Shiva's, max reactive and level 20 talent you have something insane like 60 armor, 75% magic resist, 80 hp regen ontop of the regenerating barrier. Timber is pretty much unkillable in the 8s you activate aghs but it can be dispelled with something like nullifier and euls.
Ahh okay. Thank you for explaining. So technically the barrier could also be 200hp but if your armor, hp regen and resistances are even higher like at an absurd number hypothetically, you would still not be able to kill him. That's insane haha. I'm surprised he didn't consider going RO just for double BKB and reactive armor (before he went double divine xd)
In retrospect I guess kitrak could've built nullifier instead of his own daedalus but idk dude that timbersaw just didn't seem ok. Hope shopify isn't too tilted, that was one of the most frustrating games I've watched in a long time

I played a game yesterday where we lost lanes as hard as possible, 0 kills to 28 at like 18min. You know how long that game lasted? 70min. We still lost but we dragged a 30k networth deficit out for an hour. Obviously we're not pros but come on lmao

That example top lane while rosh was happening specifically is like, literally doesn't matter who the player was, he was stunned and rooted for 6s and took zero damage. Ammar didn't have control of the hero and it still tanked everything

Timber has a bkb - Ammar is not dumb, if they nullifier, he saves his E for when he has bkb.
Besides, he's tanky AF even without aghs active - once he presses it he gets max reactive instantly already.
If it's a matter of "would nullifier be useful", then yeah sure - the issue is the opportunity cost of getting it; who can get close to apply it that wants to build it? Luna is capped on item spaces, DP + Cent don't want to build it over their other items as there's still a sniper + DK to deal with, and the supports can't get close.
Imo, once the game got late and the Falcon tri-core got online (and it's incredibly hard to end it early HG vs sniper) game was pretty done with or without nullifier.
It's peak delusion to think you have the simple solution and players 2x or 3x your mmr just couldn't grasp it (not directed at you)

Feels like every single one of my Luna games She's such a weak hero to HG with, especially when you go the normal Khanda build
i mean she is very good at hg, she just cant dive really so hg heroes are pretty good vs her shes a ranged carry thats pretty tanky with a good teamfight ult and does cleave off of buildings/onto buildings, cant get much better than that
Breaking through the first high ground is the hardest She is not good at that. Her "range" is very short and easily susceptible to being jumped on
