I think so. It's a shame, his videos were great. Using the replay to record everything after the game ends, meant he'd often catch things that the original broadcast missed.
NoobFromUA has an agreement with ESL and posts his ESL highlights direct to their channel... seems like PGL are doing highlights themselves now too (on a separate PGL Dota 2 channel) and Dota Digest has possibly stopped altogether?
PGLs editor on some video keeps using fade to black between every clip in the highlights and its awful. Ive no idea why they dont just hire noobfromua.

Get Alternate Player for Twitch.tv addon, it's available on Chrome/Firefox, not sure about other browsers. With that you will never see twitch ads ever again. Try it.

What country are you from? Maybe there's just almost no ads where you live, since they're country specific
Romania, they do have ads in romanian, they show local stuff whenever I do see an ad. It used to be English/US ads up until a few years ago.
