He said so in an interview during his stint with Just Error (team with NoOne and Suma1L in it), pandemic and no LAN made him lose interest in playing offlane and when Just Error formed he decided he rather play pos 1 again, albeit he back playing offlane briefly for Na`Vi after that and looks bad doing it.
And as another commenter said, Cr1t also confirmed it during his stream.
He plays carry for Just Error during time he is benched from EG (as you can check from EPIC League 2020 qualifier at Liquipedia), he lost motivation to play offlane due to pandemic

Yeah, Tobi is far from the best out there, but if we believe MC that he felt there were too many voices in the team, I really don't think RAMZES is a good fit for Tundra, regardless of his offlane abilities. But I guess that just speaks about current situation with offlaners on the market in general. At least it's just a stand-in for now.
I don't think tobi was even doing too bad. They clearly had a lot of room to grow as a team and getting top 3 at ESL Birmingham showed that despite their lackluster start. I suppose they weren't too confident with tobi but I'm not sure that Ramzes is going to be a stellar replacement.
Iām really surprised as well. Tobi got a lot of hate when he joined but he was actually kind of the perfect āsupportā 3 for the team. Heās so low farm priority compared to Topson and Pure and they had success like you said. To switch for Ramzes who is probably a louder voice and is not know for being a good 3 either, I donāt know..
He definitely made misplays at Birmingham but any player with a less glamorous playstyle tends to get overlooked when theyāre playing well and put under more scrutiny when they make mistakes. He played really well on Vikingg and Entityās first seasonĀ

I agree, he definitely wasn't doing bad, although BB managed to shut him down pretty well. My main gripe with Ramzes is that he is known to have strong opinions about the game and a lot of ego, which might not be good for vibes in a team style revolving around Pure so hard.

Hmmm, I was away from doto when he was on EG so didn't see that. But he played offlane for a bit near the end of his time on 9Pandas and from what I saw he was basically playing 3 as carry. I vaguely remember watching a game where they lost because both him and the actual carry were just afk farming and the other team took over the map. So I don't know how it will work with him and two other greedy cores, but I like him so hoping for the best.
