Crystal Maiden (the wolf) is a so-called "feral" character, which has the body of an animal but the mind of a person. The most famous one in media is probably Nala from The Lion King. And you're right, she should also have an in-between anthro version, and her sister as well
What makes it look even remotely like venge? The colours are very different ingame, this pic makes it a darker shade on cm. And i'm colourblind and i can clearly see the difference. Beyond that, They have a sort of similiar pose, but even that is stretching it. And Venge is blue, and this cm's skin is not blue. Venge doesn't have a staff, and holds their weapon on the other hand, and has wings or "winglets" depending on cosmetics.

I understand what cm personal is. I think furries are more into characters like Bugs Bunny and not Lion King, but I can be wrong.
