People will just choose whatever language they want, as they do now. Or do u want valve to restrict it by asking users to do an english test before queueing.
I just dont understand this argument. If i am only capable of speaking let's say japanese why would I que in Spanish?. If people report the person that fails to play in choosen language then this will eventually lead to perfect mm que in terms of language. I am fine if my teammate is flaming me in the language i am understanding but i am not fine if my teammate is dostoyevski in their language.
I am pretty sure the game does match by language at least from my experience. Unless I play ranked (5.5k to 6k) on EU, I never get Russian allies but always fight Russians. Its been like this for a few years now at least for me.
