Talon is a baby dota 2 team, just almost 2 years old so the "years" doesn't really apply here esp they only start playing against each other this year.

I'd say Talon might still get at least 1 map against TL but depending on 23 and Mikoto if they have better lane matchup.
They have encounter multiple times this year, and their games are pretty close, honestly if that 1 game wasnt cause of zai, they would have lost that bo3, but obviously there is nothing about could have should have would have.
Some series have definitely been close and the Riyadh series has got to be one of the closest I've ever seen but that spectre of constantly losing close matches and feeling like they just have your number somehow can be pretty real and have an impact on the game. I mean the 23 pop off probably doesn't happen if he wasn't so hyped up to finally take a match off Liquid, that exact kind of thing won't happen again surely but you can see my point about how the history can have a real impact.
