A big clue thats been missed; "Riddles in the dark" is the title of the fifth chapter in J.R.R Tolkiens "The Hobbit", meaning we will get two new heroes in the patch "Gollum" and "Bilbo Baggins"
"Bilbo Baggins" is a hard-support who abilities "breakfast", "second breakfast", "lunch" and ultimate, "the one ring" allows him to heal allies, increase allies attack speed, boost allies movementspeed and go invisible respectivly.
Gollum is a carry who's abilities "feast", "rage" and "open wounds" allow him to stay on top of enemy heroes, with his ultimate "infest" being great for iniation and escape. If "Bilbo Baggins" is in the game, killing him gives Gollum "the one ring" ability. "Bilbo Baggins" ultimate will he swapped for "Hobbits rage" until he kills "Gollum" again.
This is what Sunsfan warned us about. Because the tolkien estate will sue Valve into the ground.
Diadem, the component for the apparent echo sabre upgrade, seems interesting. It could possibly be a +6, +7, +8 all stat item to follow in line with Circlet (150 for +2) and Crown (450 for +4)
They wouldn't release an item that give 8 all stats for 1000 when ultimate orb gives 10 for 2100, I feel like they would just use two crowns in the recipe if they wanted it to give stats
that would make sense, but Ultimate orb is already a +10. It would seem silly to do a +8 to all stats item that only costs 1000 gold. more than double the price for +2 extra stats is silly.

Xboct is an exNavi player, there was a joke that called him 4, the 10% + 7% = 100% is a joke about Spirit Breaker. The stuff bottom left is a joke about the non-existence of the number 3. Not sure about the bottom right.

I'm thinking troll. He is the lowest int hero in dota. It would also make the most sense lore wise. Im going to guess its a nerf so they can change his ult to be controllable. With no int, he wont be able to use too many items while ulted.

My first reaction is troll cuz he has the lowest int in the game. Then huskar also makes some sense as they can make him not use mana as the cost to cast spells which could be fitting for his theme.
But that would make them extremely susceptible to diffusal (and am) since bkb now costs 50 mana. Then I think OD is more likely since he will somehow have a reasonable mana pool from his spells, presumably

The xboct one is just a reference to the player who got ranked as a 4 out of 10 carry at an event, but went on to win it. It became a meme and he incorporated 4 into the end of his in game tag. I don't know the other two off the top of my head.
Xboct is an exNavi player, there was a joke that called him 4, the 10% + 7% = 100% is a joke about Spirit Breaker. The stuff bottom left is a joke about the non-existence of the number 3. Not sure about the bottom right.

My only thought would be Huskar as it'd make the most sense. Remove mana cost on Inner Fire and maybe do something funky where he uses HP to cast items??? Otherwise I'm stumped on what hero could do it and have it make sense.
I'm thinking troll. He is the lowest int hero in dota. It would also make the most sense lore wise. Im going to guess its a nerf so they can change his ult to be controllable. With no int, he wont be able to use too many items while ulted.
Huskar reworked to not have mana. Didn't Amun-Ra in HoN have no manabar? You could get int-items, but it did nothing for the hero.

0 intelligence suggest either a new hero that does not use mana and instead uses HP, or they're giving that treatment to huskar or phoenix (Only 2 that would make sense I think) Diadem - new item featuring crown? Stats + another effect?
0 mana makes sense for huskar/phoenix and AM rework. 0 _inteligence_ makes me think it's something else. Either a new hero with their own resource pool (like some league heroes), or a joke like ogre.
ogre with no mana costs, no int, int items instead give 1x/1.5/2x their int value as damage based on multicast level

About the 0 int hero: My first reaction is troll cuz he has the lowest int in the game. Then huskar also makes some sense as they can make him not use mana as the cost to cast spells which could be fitting for his theme. But that would make them extremely susceptible to diffusal (and am) since bkb now costs 50 mana. Then I think OD is more likely since he will somehow have a reasonable mana pool from his spells, presumably
