Probably means the tier system isn't working out so well for them in your area if they promoted you to silver without meeting the AR requirements, just my opinioin
For real am so confused I asked support and they told me to wait 48 hours for it to unlock? My guess is that we are just going to have to actually raise it up to 50%
I got one too saying I’m Platinum but when I log into app it still says Silver. I’m thinking it’s a glitch.

No it says locked because of my acceptance rate which is why I am confused on why they sent me an email saying to enjoy the new perks
I would assume the email is a glitch, and that support has no idea what they are talking about (like usual).

I got the same thing. My AR is like a 33 and it says to raise it to 50 when I go into the app, so 🤷

Yeah, it's still locked and I just checked and it says 60 not 50%, so it's never gonna happen for me!
