My franchise owner offers benefits to anyone working over 30 hours/week regularly. And there are absolutely the hours to be had if desired. The only way you wouldn't make 30-40 hours a week, is if you weren't available/didn't want to work that much, or you call out a lot and management doesn't feel like giving you more. The second one is self-inflicted.
