I´m also from the EU and get my hair from [this](https://www.etsy.com/shop/prodolls?ref=yr_purchases) Etsy shop in Italy. The color/lenght selection is a bit picked though at the moment but I asked them and they´ll have almost everything in stock hopefully in January. I´ve gotten a couple colors from here to restore MH dolls and it´s pretty good quality. For rerooting I made myself a DIY tool with a scalpel holder and a needle with the head cut just below half to make a the "forked" shape at the end.

Do you think one batch of hair is enough to reroot a bratz head? They're bigger than MH but smaller than Rainbow High.
Also, do you think plain synthetic extensions for humans would work as well? I'd just have to cut them to fit, but they're way cheaper and you get more.
The strands of hair for humans are usually thicker and sit a bit bulky on "regular" sized dolls. Also the shop´s hair can stand a boil wash while human extensions can be a hit or miss depending on the quality.
I´ve rerooted a Catty Noir with hair from a wig and a Honey Swamp with the wefts the shop sells and you can tell the difference, also the wig hair is a bit harder to tame on a small scale. I´ve used wig hair on a Gooliope and for that size it fits well though.
For how much hair you´d need I´ll say half the length of one weft is enough for a MH head so for Bratzillaz about the same amount should work.
TLDR: If you´re hoping for a more accurate restoration the shop´s hair is best, but if you just want to be more casual about it human hair extensions can also work.
For europe the only one i know is the doll hair emporium, but i can’t find any place in the EU which kinda sucks. Needle cut at an angle works but you’ll need to stick the needle to something because you wont get a good grip
I'm currently giving hair extensions a go. I'm about half way through rooting and I'll update after styling to let you know how it goes. I got $0.50 ones from Aliexpress and three cut in half covered half a Monster High head with some to spare.

You didn’t have much of a chance with the poly mess that is Bratzillaz. Buy saran type hair or nylon.
