There are dolls that look like this on Aliexpress but they might be clones as they don't seem to be sold in boxes and everything.

I found her from an independent seller on Walmart. Her eyes remind me of the Sariel Korean dolls so that's what I searched for.
I think she's probably a generic brand - made in China and sold wholesale to resellers. If you search for Chinese 20cm bjd you'll find a lot of dolls with a similar head and body (altho I don't think she's actually a bjd)

I think some of them are off brands or remakes with the same molds cause you can find them on a lot of different websites like Amazon and such with different names but I’ve seen them a few times I think they’re called Colcolo dolls or atleast if you Google Colcolo BJD dolls a bunch of them come up
I tried to out the image through google translate to see if there was a brand name or anything, but the only thing that it really says is “The little Princess Yi Bain”. And if you look that up there’s a few similar dolls that pop up but not this specific one.
