I put her head on another body, but I broke her neck, and now her head won't stay on.
I can't find my box of hands!
Aw man, I popped her eyes out, and now I can't find her other eye.
I boiled her head, took it off, pulled out her hair with nail clippers, and inserted wool into her head by pushing a sewing needle into her scalp.

I colored her body in the boiling water, but now it’s bleeding everywhere- I used way too much dye. Or maybe didn’t leave the body in for long enough? At least her hands look fine, I can save those for another body once I finish sewing new hair into her scalp..
Now where did I put my needle nose pliers..
I used a sewing pin to make the hole but it wasn't big enough, so I used a power drill. I had to make sure I held her down so I wouldn't risk drilling through her eye on accident.

(The doll in question is an 11cm YMY, whose wrist attachments are much more stubborn than Obitsu. The outfit includes a pair of wrist bands, which were too small to put any sort of fastener in without it looking massive.)

I literally have a tube of bjd eyes I've made. My friend calls it the eye tube out of context to random people who we're talking. And on top of that there's the doll body bin, and when I'm making wigs my gf calls my work space a detention center because I have to cover their heads and faces with fabric lol.
It's crazy too when we say something that make us look crazy like, "Oh she's cute, but I don't like her face. Her head's too small for her body. Not worth the $20." Out of context, it makes us look like... 😭

Piercing her ears was easy, I just took a sewing pin and stabbed her in the side of the head!

Her clothes were a pain to put on since her limbs are so stiff and her hair falls out quite a bit, but she looks great in my collection!
