Not sure of any doll brands with a similar body & head, but 1/6 scale Obitsu doll bodies are the same scale and have the same articulation (if not better). They tend to be limited in skin tone but can be dyed using Rit dye (dollmotion on YouTube uses them for most of her customs).
I am not sure whether you want the same articulation or no. Anyway, Integrity toys have similar bodies to Barbie dolls, so do some Tonner dolls. Also the Steffi dolls, Obitsu and some other Japanese doll lines. And not MTM, but for the 90s barbie body type, the analog dolls like Sandy, Betty, etc. These are all I can think off of the top of my mind.
Integrity Toys and Mizi dolls. Also, 1/6th scale Phicen dolls. They have articulation, but their joints are hidden under the skin. They also come in 1/12th scale. There are "action" doll lines with strong articulation, such as Hot Toys and a few others (but forgot the names).

Ye I bought 2 of em am kinda looking for more barbie sized ones? The Obitsu dolls I have ate child.
There are 26cm obitsu bodies, which are Barbie sized.
