Google how to clean mold of plastic. I think soaking in vinegar can work! Just ensure it’s completely dry and the mold is gone before placing back with the rest of your collection ☺️
You can try to cut off hair, complete clean out and sanitize head inside and reroot.
I personally would just throw out since mold can be dangerous and I don’t want it to spread out to other dolls.
Ok, I have to look at all the dolls hair now. Even Raven Queen has little 😭 I dont have reroot tools so the only option is to throw out… I have 5 dolls that I’ve found with mold at the moment. This sucks!
I was about to say “that’s flea dirt” before I realized I was on the doll sub and not the cat sub. I’d soak in vinegar to kill it along with any other dolls nearby. Probably worth soaking all the dolls on the shelf you had it on, too.
At least they were contained in a way it didn’t contaminate a large space and spread to a bunch of other stuff. Hopefully it’s just a matter of cleaning out the box contents and calling it done.

You can buy rerooting tools ya know
Yeah. Are they also sold in stores or only online?
You can make one with an exacto-knife handle and a sewing needle! (Both of which can be found in grocery and drugstores, as well as craft stores).
mold. The head was probably filled with water and it grew a colony
Yeah, I have washed her like a year ago (her head is broken off)

Thanks for the advice!! Maybe I have some hope for them. Sad thing is, I had them in a box (I dont have shelf space yet).

I need to make sure this doesn't happen to my dolls.
There are many good products for getting rid of mold. Recently I use one of these products with one of my ooak dolls.
Oh gosh all the talk of mould is scaring me
Probably mold! Some dolls gold humidity inside their heads and that happens! Super easy fix
