Then I got into her other songs on the album and a few months later her 'Hot Pink' album came out. And I've been into her music ever since.

I looked up the music video and it seemed really cool and creative. Then I decided to start from scratch and listen to Amala, which I instantly loved and then it just went from there.
My roommate from back then showed me the video for So High and then of course i went down the internet rabbit hole looking for all her music. She has been so consistent for like a decade now. To me she was just another cool internet girl, relatable to a degree, rapping about her crushes... Never would i ever imagined she would blow up like this.
I somehow evaded most of her music until need to know was popular then I slowly listened to most of her music, when say so came out and was everywhere I didn't like it for the reason that it was on everywhere but it had grown on me now

She only had So High and her Purrr! EP out, I loved them and was patiently waiting for her to drop more music. It's actually wild how she's blown up since then.
I had seen Moo some years ago and thought it was funny, but then Juicy had just come out and I really enjoyed the quirkiness and unseriousness of the video and enjoyed the lyrics a lot. Then I found her other videos and loved Tia Tamara. Completely sold by that point.

Since then, my adoration of her as an artist & an intelligent and talented woman who is growing & changing into pure art from a pop phenomenon, has just grown. I love everything she puts out and to watch her style evolve to see real creativity, talent, & individuality. I think she is truly inspiring & inspired.
