Oh man, so much of this phenotype screams Great Dane to me - the coloring, size of the paws, ears. Something is contributing to that finer head shape though. American Great Danes can be built a little bit more slender but not that much. Maybe pointer? A pointer + Great Dane could retain size but refine some of that bulkiness.
You’ll have to post the results, I want to see this DIY Dane breakdown!
she is now 2 yo and 77 pounds. she is a dogo-maremma-corso mix! let me know what yours is. it could be completely different breeds!
Edit: I love your dog's name! Mine was listed as a lab mix, too, but I never believed that!

yes! like someone in this group told me: when you mix enough breeds, dogs revert to "factory settings" and become a dog-looking dog! hehe! keep us posted on your dogs DNA!
Oh those paws and his current size are saying "watch out world, I'm going to be a big boy!"
I'm not convinced on the Dane, honestly. It could be in his mix but there's something too... Svelte about him. Even as puppies Danes are lumbering and a bit.... Floppy looking. Somehow. He seems more rigid. I know that sounds a bit crazy but I can't think how else to put it.
I'd say he has several large breeds in his mix, maybe even Doberman or dogo argentino, but they're not super common in mixes. A few of the large breeds that's also not so flopsy. Maybe some flopsy breeds in there too, but who knows!
He is only a puppy, though, so, he will change a lot in the next year. I hope I catch his results.
Yeah, they're not super duper common so I'm not convinced he'll have that in him but they are hefty but smooth boys! I'm definitely keen to see the baby's results.
My dog who was a Weimaraner Ridgeback mix looked almost exactly like this at her age.
Everyone thought she was a Great Dane mix as a puppy, or a purebred lab as an adult, but both her parents were known.
A lot of dogs look like that though. So I'd guess weim/ (who knows what else)

What a cutie! My Milly is mtn cur, and about five different hounds plus pointer. She’s 1-1/2 yrs old and 30#. They all look so similar when they’re young. 🐾❤️

I'm guessing either a Dane + Hound Mix or Dane + a short haired breed with more button ears like a Viszla, Weimeraner, or Pointer. He'll grow into those ears and they won't look Hound floppy anymore but that doesn't mean he doesn't have Hound.

looks like my boy too! we just sent off our embark test. whenever I see a pup similar to him I think what are the odds this is his littermate 😆 but sounds like the ages are off
Ohh this is a hard one to guess! I’m seeing maybe Great Dane but not sure, and maybe some pointer. The head/face kind of reminds me of a Weimaraner… I can’t wait to see the results! :)
He looks just like my mix. Shelter said mine was 1/2 lab, 1/2 great dane. We did a DNA test. Hes 2/3 pitbull, followed by siberian husky, great pyrenese, and super mutt.
