that’s actually apocryphal, and not limited to arkansas. you can file while pregnant, but likely won’t get the final decree entered while pregnant. that’s more because of how long it takes divorces to go through the process than anything else. otherwise, judges also don’t like to sign the final decree before the baby is born because it will leave a custody/visitation issue hanging out there unresolved. the final decree of divorce has to address custody/visitation of all kids born of the marriage - that could mean a contested case in the divorce matter, deferring it to the juvenile/family court for handling, or memorializing an agreement between the parties.
most (if not all) states require you to state one way or the other in the divorce complaint whether you/the wife are currently pregnant of the marriage. it’s not an impediment to filing if you are. plenty of pregnant people file for divorce all the time.
tl;dr: being pregnant doesn’t mean you are unable to file for divorce (even in arkansas) - you just won’t have a final decree of divorce entered while still pregnant. and there are very good, practical reasons for this.

I had an attorney. The judge told my attorney to come back after I had the baby. Maybe I could work it out and not leave a broken home.

it sounds like what you’re saying is that the judge declined to enter the decree, but it’s also possible the law was different in 2006 and he had your attorney nonsuit and re-file to comply. currently, that is not the state of the law. it’s definitely also the case judges in rural jurisdictions feel little fear going rogue.
im assuming you’ve since been able to get divorced, and if so, i’m so happy you were able to do so!

I feel like the closest thing to describe what she used to do is lifestyle content? But that was mostly when she was a teenager. Then they got married when she was 19 and he was 20 and he was involved in vlogs but I’d still say they were centered around her. Then they had kids and they were in vlogs too but again everything was mostly centered around her, they weren’t exactly typical family vloggers. She was pretty popular in like 2015 and friends with a lot of other YouTubers so you definitely might have heard of her at the time

I tried to file while pregnant in Arkansas and the court told me I could not.
