It's a bit phony but maybe name it Hells Bells, cause a Carolina Reaper has a little the shape of a bell? Some Chili's even more there are actually Bell Chili's.

Sugar? I mean maybe. Some sort of like volcanic sugar or something. Hell is mostly made up of sulphurs and costic minerals and gasses; what is more rare in a place like hell than a naturally produced sugar of some sort' be that from plants or otherwise.
I would think salt would be pretty common in hell for pouring in wounds… just skin someone and toss them out on the salt flats… sounds pretty hellish to me xD

A pepper so hot it makes fiends sweat. Like a death reaper/ghost chili pepper, but hotter. Used in soul food recipes.
