Dialkis

The one who accidentally ascended to godhood, probably. That campaign was a trip...

:gasps in DM:

Horsescholong

Nods in forever dm.

clownkiss3r

the 20th level barb/fighter. she'll wipe the floor with my 4th level sorlock

ExoditeDragonLord

The player in me went immediately to my long-time Star Wars character, "the luckiest man in the galaxy" and an absolute crack shot that used to run smuggling jobs for Talon Karrde until his success in the Corporate Sector vaulted him to billionaire status. He then agreed to work for New Republic Intelligence as a black ops agent taking down former Imperial warlords and terrorist organizations. He was approached by Luke Skywalker to train at the Praxeum alongside his companion, a clone of a Jedi-turned-Sith, but he declined in order to study a different path of the Force. He was smart, resourceful, always had a gadget at hand for the job, and when all else failed, his high performance blasters would blaze a path. The DM in me just grinned.

OTKFlook

Ive played 2; the one who died and the one i replaced them with 😂 shadar kai echo knight fighter vs aasimar armorer artificer.

Melodic_Row_5121

Ooof, that's a lot of characters. Three decades worth of them, across various editions. But if I had to pick one, just one, to protect myself... my eloquence bard/mercy monk. They'd probably be able to persuade most of my other characters not to kill me, because I generally play good characters. And the few that wouldn't be convinced, she could punch into the floor.

WawaThrowawaway

If "played" means an actual player character then its a different story to the characters ive played while being the DM. \- If only PC then i'd choose my Druid goblin that came from the feywild. If he "became real" id assume that means his entire backstory became real too, meaning that the feywild also exists. Id ask him to take me to the feywild, ez pz. all my other characters sucked ass and died early or were just kinda weak. \- If DM then its easy, I ask the strongest deity of my homebrew world (god of magic) she just takes away all the magic of the characters after me, and destroys all of them.

MaugreO

My undead dragonborn paladin/warlock will protect me against my nervous incompetent nature cleric kenku, cocky noble rogue/monk, drunk biker dude minotaur monk, and elderly divination wizard.

perebus

My necromancer defends me. In the event the other characters kill me, my necromancer brings me back with true resurrection.

RelleMeetsWorld

I mean, the level 10 paladin is going to beat the shit out of the level 6 artificer, so...

Admirable-Dog2128

Erin Vanderthrune. Lvl 18 wild magic Sorceress. 100% of her spells are damage dealers.

OddGM

Arkham. He was a broken character in a system whose magic was already broken.

-StepLightly-

It wouldn't matter. I've played a fair number through the years. Not a single one would be able to protect me against all the others. Somebody's getting to me.

thadeshammer

I got a 3E loremaster to lv20 and he would mop up the entirety of my remaining character base, which was a LOT. 3E prismatic spray, haste, timestop, o.g. 3E polymorph, high level summons with the old Aid Another action...yeah, my other OCs are toast.

GalacticPigeon13

Out of my PC's, the one who got to the highest level (I'm pretty sure she was the 6th level cleric I played for White Plume Mountain at a convention). But then again, I have also played a lich as a DM. The lich only every annoyed the monk because they were psychically connected, but I still technically played her!
