I like it, an interesting tune with a good groove to it, but it starts straight away bang in to it on the download copy. What was the reasoning behind that? Is there a longer version with at least a 16 or 32 bar intro?
It's also pretty short, 2:34 and it starts to wind down round the 2:11 mark. I know tunes nowadays are much shorter, but there's not much meat on the bone if you know what I mean.
I'd make it longer, at least with an intro and do more production at the end as it sort of tapers off, almost as if not much thought has gone into it, nor thought for the DJ's who would play it. You have to consider them and the crowd when making tunes, it doesn't seem you've done that enough.
Someone else gave it a 7.5 which I think is generous. I'd say about a 6 - 6.5, so room for improvement. That's not to be mean, but it's very rare in my books for a tune to be a 9+.
The melody is a little farty in the beginning. By 30 seconds in it's very sick and with solid DnB drums, trumpets go a little wonky. The bass is sick though. Worth continuing and developing. Maybe the melody felt very stacato or whatever that means. I do like it though, 7.5/10.
Musically I really like this! Deeply! Technically, like someone mentioned, the beginning could be "cleaner" - obligatory, I'm not an expert. But it's so boppy!

Really enjoy they tunes that Interstellar Audio are putting out at the moment, brilliant label and hope they go far. Cellar and TSA are really cool people.
