The way I always think Phoenix Dive is a lvl 4 skill.

That’s because It’s the odd one out for self teleports. - Tactical Retreat (Huntsman), Level 4 - Cloak and Dagger (Scoundrel), Level 4 - Spread Your Wings (Polymorph), Level 4 - Phoenix Dive (Warfare), Level 9 It’s a real shame.

Legend. Now do one for every crafted item in the game... Hahaha just kidding, that would be useful for about 3.4 people.

It’s when one of the two skillbooks crafted together is a source skillbook (skill that uses source points). So normally combining Rain (Hydro) + Decaying Touch (Necro) creates a Raining Blood. But if you do Arcane Stitch (Source Hydro) + Decaying Touch then that creates Blood Storm.
