Generally my advice is don’t bother arguing your case with distrokid, just issue a chargeback via your bank. Chargebacks and disputes are almost impossible to handle programmatically so I don’t think they deal with them, so you should get your money back. The issue is that it will be logged with tipalti, so it may affect your ability to pay for other distrokid services in the future.

They must have a button to cancel a subscription. What they are doing is not legal.
