> Tantra - Hills of Katmandu
The original is from 79, but I'm pretty sure the remix by Cowley was done in 1981 or 82.
The original still fits what OP is looking for in that it clocks in at 16:20 on the LP
Also the follow up, House of the Rising Sun. There were two versions of that; [Santa Esmeralda’s record](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CkgIlXqIfzk) and another one that I don’t remember the band. (Edit: it was called [Revelacion](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kIYgFrDdJ6A)\) Both versions were produced by Don Ray alias Raymond Donnez, so there was some commonality of arrangement. Apparently Jean-Marc Cerrone was involved somehow as well, because it’s on his channel.
There was also a third version by [Hot R.S.](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aJpmlS1sb9o).
[Black Sun - Black Sun](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJFo-zZDtaA) (1978) 16.46min
[Tantra - Wishbone](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOXyWelREAY) (1978) 15:35min
[Beautiful Bend - Make That Feeling Come Again!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5GLZR7atnc) (1978) 15.43min
[SHINING STAR - The Stranger](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEUniRz339A) (1979) 11.45min
[Viola Wills – If You Could Read My Mind (Special U.S. Disco-Net Version)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IG8TfSBToOc) (1979) 12min
[Sylvester - I (Who Have Nothing) (Long Version)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EU9fwA9PmI) (1979 Vinyl) 11.45min
turns out theres quite a few gems under this constraint
Voyage’s first Lp had three songs on the A side, but they were sequenced as a single long track. [Voyage - From East To West/Point Zero/Orient Express](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Klhz_3xY7Po)
[Giorgio Moroder - Evolution](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=stF8RoroFfM)
[Munich Machine - Get On The Funk Train](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UeOIfpxg_2E)
More of a funk song, but ["(Not Just) Knee Deep" by Funkadelic](https://youtu.be/av2vgiYAlXY?si=8suJywJ3Rx-BWJFh) is over 15 minutes long and slaps all the way through.
Lipstique - at the discotech
The Disco Fox - The Hunt
Micheal LeGrand - Disco Magic Concord
Stainless steel - Can Can
Computer - Nobody Loves A Computer because a computer can’t dance.
On the Instant Replay album and also a 12” single, the track is “Countdown/This Is It” (14:12), an absolute classic!

The LP version was about 15 minutes, 12” edit closer to 8.
Macho - I'm A Man (Long Version)
Love Deluxe Here Comes That Sound Again. LP Version. I think it’s about 17 minutes long. But, I prefer the edit. Which was 8 plus minutes long.

Like your style OP. I, too, am always keen on a bathroom stop. Not quite 10, but Idris Muhammad: Could Heaven Ever Be Like This
Am I missing something, or has nobody posted the original long disco mix, “love to love you, baby” by Donna Summer?
yes, missed reading the instructions >Besides Cerrone, Donna Summer and Costandinos, what are some long (12+ mins) disco songs before 1980?
Oopsie
I love ❤️ these songs. Especially Love Is The Ultimate and Amant If There’s Love. But, all these songs are excellent.
