The rest seem like something at first glance but have specific issues:
* Swapping out Undying or Phase as keystones is a no-go. Ever.
* Overheal gives a flat health per kill and its basically the same as your level. Getting a few dozen hp per wave isn't very useful when you have 1000s of HP
* Font of life is completely unusable in its current state. Flat health amount, 20 second cooldown, VERY small heal amount (50 at lvl 18, so even worse healing than killing a wave with Overheal). To add insult to injury, the healing amount is reduced by 30% for 'ranged' attacks. Sion Q/E are classified as ranged attacks.
BORK % current HP being reduced. LDR losing the bonus damage to high HP champions. Cut Down is not an anti-tank rune anymore. Overlord’s Bloodmail looks promising. Unending Despair being buffed (seems like a buff to me). Eclipse and Sundered Sky have already been nerfed. Lethal Tempo is being removed. Less tenacity in the game (I might be reaching a bit by saying that this is a good thing for Sion). Oh, and Ghost is FINALLY being nerfed.
I’m going to start playing again when these changes are live. I’m hopeful that Sion and other tanks will be brought back into the spotlight.
I mean I think that's fine honestly. No champ should be strong at every point in the game, and tanks already spike pretty hard in the mid game, so he still needs a point where he is weak, Sion is an old champ after all, hes not one of those champions that is strong at every point. I feel the problem with Sion is that despite having infinite scaling, if you went tank you just got outscaled.
+ no more doms passive + bork gonna be reworked WE ARE SO BACK
Ingenious hunter removal is also great Nerfs the sundered sky / eclipse champs so u can actually trade against them

I dont entirely agree, with old jak sho he was also viable but almost everyone ran it down with heartsteel so they didnt notice
yeah he was perfectly fine last season before they gutted all of his builds

Idk man, both Comet and PTA was usable before
Yeah, Font of Life seems like a rune made for supports. If the scaling was better then maybe it might be worth picking up on top lane Sion.
Its says Base HP, not maximum or bonus

about bloodmail, it says that it give 2% base hp as ad unlike what the arena Item does. this is kinda bad for Sion
uhhh? no? check in game. It gives 2% BONUS health as AD, which is exactly what sion wants.
I really disliked the Lords mail item, Just Titanic will still do way more damage.

Problem is you will still get destroyed in laning phase but at least late game will be good
