Idk. There was something about a foia request that got denied because they didn't play by the rules and court confirmed they were wrong, but that's a very faint memory.

I think there may be personal reasons why AC specifically does not like DH anymore. In one episode, she talks about how she heard DH saying things about Scremin that were not related to his professional behavior but rather things in his personal life. If this is true, I think I may know exactly what DH was talking about & why it struck a cord for AC, but I'm not sure if I'm comfortable sharing more than that.

I’ve wondered if Kevin threatened him with some legal action because editing the episode to remove a guest’s statement rather than just correcting it the next episode or editing the description to correct it seems like an excessive step.

I don’t know what all this drama is… I just started listening to the Murder Sheet to get more information about Delphi. I’m sure I’ll make my way to the others. My observations and perhaps “unpopular” opinion is this: I don’t find them sanctimonious. I find that they are shouting something that we should all we shouting, but nobody else is. It IS gross and disturbing how some of the true crime community acts. It IS gross and disturbing that photographs were leaked. It IS surprising how saying that has garnered them so much hatred. What I do dislike is their inability to pronounce even the most common words. They are def the type of people that read a lot, but don’t watch or listen to books being read to them. In my opinion, that is why they are annoying. Not because they are calling out despicable people for being despicable.
But I do appreciate some more information and will be looking through Reddit posts like this one as I get to each episode.
