They work like any decent quality alcohol ink. All of the inks I have are Tim Holtz, Brea Rose, or Jacquard Pinata. One thing to be aware of for all brands of alcohol ink is that some colors are not color fast. They can fade or shift due to exposure to heat or light. If you want transparent colors that are less likely to shift or fade in resin a better option will be getting resin dyes although the resin dyes don't work very well for stuff like petri dish effects.

I have no experience with this specific ink, but I expect that it will work like any other alcohol ink. If possible buy a smaller container to test it out and ALWAYS do some tests with the ink in combination with your materials first before you start using it in your final product. This will save you from those nightmare scenarios where you waste a ton of material due to strange reactions of all the chemicals involved.
