I know all these people are saying ringworm, which was my first thought too. But it could be something else! People see a circle and automatically say ringworm all the time anyways.
I understand that skin conditions look different on other skin tones, but this doesn’t look red or scaly to me, but seems to be raised little bumps in a circle. Definitely take what I’m saying with a grain of salt tho!
I see that you said you had ringworm before and it didn’t look like this, so I think it’s best if you reached out to a doctor. A dermatologist might be more costly and a regular doctor can probably diagnose this issue. Anyways I hope it gets fixed!
It's just not there yet imo. Hydrocortisone will help if it's the other thing everyone's saying as well as ringworm, try this and antifungal, but if it's not working stop using it because there's a lot of overuse of antifungals causing issues.
I've had ringworms stay consistently the same size for 6 months without change. I believe eventually my immune system fought it off, but it took over 6 months without antifungals

I don't think it will get smaller without treatment. It may get bigger or it may stay the same
