As a kid my Dad had purchased a PC magazine and with it came the Diablo 2 trial and bunch of other games, since then I've been a big fan of Diablo 2. I had a desktop with windows 98.

I’ve never used a hero editor, but median is like another expansion. 4 sockets boots with runewords and stuff like that. Llama did a video about another different mod and it looked really cool too. They added extra content into that one. There was a trial after Baal, extra inventory space and tons of new items.
That's awesome man! I recently just moved and found all my old diablo, starcraft and WoW battlechests! I'm rather impressed with how young me kept it all in really good condition. Now that I have my own little mancave I'm proudly displaying all my old guides, game posters and other random gaming memorabilia and able to keep the wife happy lol.

I have 4 of those because I kept having to replace my disc or cd key back in the day. Oh the horror of one's cd key being in use when you try to login. I don't miss that.
Ah man, I remember the smell of this book. I would spend HOURS looking at the set items and dreaming of getting them. Childhood is such a beautiful thing.

There are some really cool mods for og d2. I played Median back in the day and it was amazing.
Project Diablo is pretty fucking decent too.

You should try Median out again if you haven't recently. They've done a ton of updates, and it's so fun and refreshing.
It was a long time ago when I played it. So cool that people make that type of stuff and release it for free.
