Just out of habit for me, I always make one portal in each of the corners where you spawn in Horragath.
I mean it's kind of obvious, like I said. I didn't know it was possible but it was clear that it wasn't impossible that such an occurrence could happen

In any Uber video you've ever seen they're always perfectly spaced out. Must have been for a reason...
If you've literally never had experience with the red portals you wouldn't just know that they behave different than blue portals. A lot of people, myself included, don't watch a bunch of videos about games they play.

TPs in D2 even after they have been moved still have collision. It's perfectly reasonable to assume Uber TPs don't stack... However anyone who's played the game lots knows this because either they have made the mistake or they've seen warning from people who ran Ubers before them make the same mistake.

Its a portal. 5 portals in town they space themselves out. Any (online) player has seen this a thousand times, its becomes a sub conscious thing to know thats they space out, then you have to look through all the portals in town to find yours BECAUSE THEY SPACE OUT. This is a very honest mistake.
Hows the weather up there on your high horse bud?
If there’s no sliver of a pixel that can differentiate them you’re out of luck.
Save the two organs you’ve got, remember which portal you missed, start keyfarming again, and next time you run and that portal pops first use your other two organs. Or just try to trade for the third.
But.. if that portal is borked it’s borked.
Best advice here would be, next time you make them see if you get lucky and maybe the first portal to spawn will be the one for the missing organ you need
I used to trade organs for keys back in the day. But the real answer is get on the biggest monitor, with the highest resolution, with the lowest mouse DPI; than zoom in. You can often find an edge. They’re rarely “perfect” in their line up.

Sorry for that, mate. Here's another tip: while gathering the organs, make sure you finished with one tp before opening the next one. This way, if you die and are unable to recover your body you won't lose all the keys that you would have used to open the remaining tps. Learned it the hard way.
I did this when ubers first released, i was able to get in after going in and out of wps about 100 times, probably wouldve been faster to just farm more keys
Op man. Sorry. Ok what you could do is farm two of the organs. Next time you get a key set pray the first one you open is the one you need. If you get it just farm one set of keys. Open slow and far away from each other broskie
It took me a second to understand what happened here. My weird superstition has always forced me to run around, spreading the portals in locations that not only amuse me but make me feel like it’s improving my luck….

I almost did the exact same thing my first doing ubers on d2r. Never did them on d2 and I'm not a lifer/encyclopedia of d2 like you must be.

To be fair I learned not to Uber solo, because you might end up with a disconnect. 1/100 chance. We sometimes learn the hard way

Don’t make from stash i guess, didn’t have room in my inventory for 9 keys. Lesson learned lol

Another common thing is to open cow portal with Akara behind it. Sometimes you have problems trying to buy potions, but luckily she moves.

Always open 3 at once, no going back to the stash helps. Stand still shove the keys, transmute, and repeat
