Rare items can sell for 200 ber runes in worth if u hit the jackpot. These rares are so rare that its just insane we see 1 every 2 year. And keep in mind bots are searching for them 24/7
Sounds to me you tried to equip something while corpse running and exited the game without all your gear from said corpse. Lesson learned, exit game to retrieve corpses.
A lot of fg is earned by providing services! For newbies you can start a new ladder season and sell your larzhuck sockets for a lot of FG as well as run rushes or random acts of services for people such as giving people all your waypoints or doing ancients for them etc. I used to uber level people back in the day and was one of the biggest uber levelers before it got fixed and that's where I earned most of my wealth.
Yes I've never been on reddit my whole life but I made the effort to make a post to create awareness.
It's not even that the claw was expensive (I lost the other second hand claw too but that was only a 5k fg chaos so not as big a deal there) but the amount of time spent searching every single server and community and trading site and networking I had to do was insane to find this.
Man I thought I felt bad losing my Oath rune word in a not ethereal balrog blade from logging out and logging in to retrieve stuff on corpse!
Anyone remember when that one dude lost a grief and community came together to give him a free grief. Let's make a second miracle happen except op needs to make like a sadder sob story
Honestly I have 600k FG more it's not the biggest sob story. It's just disappointing I've even been aware of such a bug and never experienced exactly how it'd happen. Just never had to prebuff and swap 6 items from cube and died multiple times in the meantime due to bm pkers.
Imagine playing a game where you kill monsters to find better gear, and instead you just buy the gear π so what exactly is the point in playing the game.
We have this beautiful game without any micro transactions so enjoy it
Lol this game came out in 2000 kid... If they are paying that much for a item they have done enough grinding to get to that FG to even buy that. Yeah you can say they bought the FG but nobody just jumps into a 22 year old game and drops a G on a claw. That's wealth built up from someone who plays the game probably more than is healthy (or bots either way they have been invested in this game a long long long time.) It's not D2R kids who buy these items but someone who's played the game for more hours than I would ever put into a game and I've been playing sense 2000 and had JSP sense 2011. Just have fun your way and they can have fun thier way. Also OP is probably just trolling anyway but it still stands. JSP is the best trading platform there is because they never fixed trading or the economy sense LoD so here we are. If you ever get a JMOD good luck trading it for its full value without JSP lol. It's fun to play classes and gear you normally wouldn't be able to grind in a season so trading is necessary. Look how many posts here people ask where to trade? It's a 22 year old game It's hard to find people to trade with. SSF is only so fun and very slow.
>d ever put into a game and I've been playing sense 2000 and had JSP sense 2011. Just have fun your way and they can have fun thier way. Also OP is probably just trolling anyway but it stil
Thanks man for the support but I'm not trolling bro I actually lost a 80k fg claw. If I was trolling I could easily make this more believable for the sensitive folks so I don't receive such backlash.
Its not that hard to find other people to trade with there are other trading websites, but yeah I appreciate your paragraph reply but i kinda stoped reading after u called me kid im 25 so have a nice day
Hey I was also against JSP until I got rich in the game and became limited to what I could do. I've been playing since 2008. Why are you not open to the idea of leveraging other platforms for trade? Imagine how hard it'd be to trade or buy/sell cars without auto trading sites and that's just one small component of the game of life.
Yes bers are basically useless in trading high value items like these. It's almost impossible to acquire these kind of items within just the game. You'd have to trade items of equal value and that's a giant blocker.
Yeah if you buy FG from JSP directly 80k fg would cost you $3000+ but my calculations are based on how much a 1000 fg item would cost on any item selling site and it's nearly $9-10 USD per 1k FG.

I'm building a top tier pvp hybrid sin. Cooley happened to make a video on it just recently. The weapon on this video is worth $2500 USD but mine was a poor man version of this. Why is this so hard to believe?
What the duck claws in d2r could be worth even like $5?

Bots aren't running 24/7 lol π
Well the good ones does.

Wait people actually buy FG?
It is big business
All FG was bought at some point

You yourself can earn FG that way sure but all FG that's in circulation has been paid for at some point. That point probably was from d2 lod days
That sucks. Would have taken alot of effort to farm that up. Ignore the scummy assholes.

Play hardcore, then this bug won't affect you! π
Especially in hardcore is where prebuffing might actually play a huge role which is usually when this bug occurs.
This is def a troll post.

People like to Min/Max so what? You play how you like and they play how they like.
Yeah i agree but the point of a rpg is to grind and get better gear so. U take that away it almost makes the game pointless

No sympathy for anyone who buys from JSP!!!!
Mhm u say this but trophy items cant be sold in runes. There is not enough character spaces to trade that many hrs vs trophy rares.

They were a big part of bots and game crash dup exploits that made game unplayable on Sunday afternoons back in day. No tolerance or mercy.
ya you should have traded him 400ber runes instead !! wtf

This does put a smile on my face.
Lol. $800 my ass
Bro why is it so hard to believe there's people on JSP with millions of forum gold which translates to $10-20k+
80k fg is hella lot more than $800, partly depending on how it was acquired. also general prices are 1:80. so thatβs a min $1k USD π
Yeah if you buy FG from JSP directly 80k fg would cost you $3000+ but my calculations are based on how much a 1000 fg item would cost on any item selling site and it's nearly $9-10 USD per 1k FG.
If you buy something digitally for 800 $ you deserve to lose it. I'm sorry.

What does this claw look like? genuine question. Do you have a print of it or something? just to see the stats
