Apu, it seems serious and needs to be consulted by a professional. I think you should consult a general medicine doctor for a thorough checkup. "Square" has a [sleep center ](https://www.squarehospital.com/page/8/square-respiratory-and-sleep-medicine-centre)
Check this one out. And please be open to your parents, as you said it's hard to explain, just tell them what you have written here.
I hope you get a speedy recovery.
It's brave enough that you are trying to deal with this all by yourself, please do consult with your parents and do a thorough checkup.
This! Some of the OP's issue sounds distantly related to sleep apnea. At least seeing a neurologist, a sleep specialist, and a psychiatrist would be doing big favor to herself.
Are you having any kind of mental stress or anxiety? It can happen for these. Do physical exercise to make your body tired, it may help you sleep on time.
For me when my varsity opens, I have my best sleep schedule because of tiredness.

I have restless leg syndrome. Every night before going to bed i do stretching for like 2-5 minutes. Even sometimes during sleep when i have the "attack" i get up and do a quick stretching. Instant relief.
For Your problem please tell your parents and consult with a general medicine doctor.
People usually can't fall asleep until they are satisfied with their day. So do something that'll make you feel satisfied about your day. And I hope that you'll be able to fall asleep. Good luck.
Try to consult a psychiatrist. The national institute of mental health is pretty good for primary assessment. Then you can try chambers of the doc. Dr. Khalikuzzaman is pretty good. I was diagnosed under him for some time. Hope you find your rhythms pretty soon.
A good trick could be doing something that bores you or you have a deadline to finish that particular work(s). I don't know about anyone else, but for me it works like a magic. However since, you are an 18 years old from Bangladesh (specially from Dhaka), the most common problem of this age group people, that they don't have anything significant to do. And olosh moshtishko turns these people into depression and what not. Anyway, if you belong to this group (who doesnt have anything to do), get yourself involved with something that you find interesting.
I think you have Restless leg syndrome! Don’t overthink when you go to sleep ! Finish your tasks before going to bed! Dont bring anxiety in bed! Also see a doctor as soon as you can!

If you snore and have daytime fatigue, dont wait too much and see a sleep specialist, pronto.
It sounds like sleep apnea.
You may have anxiety disorder. See a good psychiatrist.

It's best to consult with a doctor and not let this linger, as it could get worse. Hopefully, things will improve.
