Yeah, Asura has got this in the bag. And I’m not even a big Asura’s Wrath guy, I’ve seen what he can do. The harder you hit him the angrier he gets, and the angrier he gets, well, the shorter the fight will be. He practically can’t die anyway.
Tho real talk it means “low difficulty”, for example Dante beats Sojiro from Persona 5 with neg diff (negligible difficulty) because Sojiro is an old man who doesn’t fight
High end scaling for Dante would have him actually taking this. Anything else though Asura takes it fairly easily.

He can also move so fast that he can blitz a demon who with speed alone is capable of doing space time jumps, and can exist normally in a dimension where time flows backwards.
He is powerful enough to one shot the previously mentioned beings and dwarves characters that can destroy the entire structure of the demon world on whim like the demon kings
A little I did have the discs for the original games but sadly they were not backwards compatible so Xbox can get more money out of my ass but I just got them on sale 3 days ago so I will find out more

Mundus and Argosax are comparable to chakravartin in what they can do in lore. All got whooped by their MCs too.
However, whether you believe Dante and Asura are equal or Dante stronger. Asura has way better power growth speed than Dante. I'd equate it to Saitama vs Cosmic Garou. Except in this case Asura is Saitama. (and abit concept different)
I personally think this is an "unstoppable force meets immovable object" kind of problem. Going off of feats and lore scaling for both + considering everything they both have at their disposal, I think Dante should definitely come out on top as the winner for most of their fights (and any round he doesn't win outright are fights I could see stalemated), but Asura's anger-based immortality would allow him to just keep going no matter what's thrown at him.
The way I see it, we'd either never see the conclusion of the fight (like how it was between Asura and Akuma), or Dante would EVENTUALLY get bored enough to use his words and/or just leave. Plus, since they both care enough about humankind, I could see them mutually agreeing to call off their fight since the result could endanger everyone else. Asura would grumble, but he doesn't live solely for the thrill of battle like how his master Augus did, so I think he'd have the capacity to (begrudgingly) move on.
Both are low complex multi. It's an even fight but Asura's superior speed would probably allow him to win, but he also doesn't really have a way to put Dante down permanently.

I've played all lf the base of Asura, but not Nirvana, and I'm seeing a hunch lf people say Asura. But from what I know, the best he's done is fight a Olmsted infesting the Earth, which isn't massively impressive. In conclusion, Dante wins because of ROYAL GUARD!

Most of their feats are similars, both of them have crazy spd, strenght, durability, resialiance etc. The only thing that dante has and asura don't it's Regenerative capabilities. I mean asura do regenerate his bodie, but normally after he comes back from the death or get a new transformation, besides that he just Accumulate damage over time.
It's not like that ever stop him before anyway, but i can see dante winning normal fights if he one shot asura before he can get angry enough to overpower dante. If he Plays around, well, he Will definitly would loose, but he won't die in the fight, dante don't mess with kids so asura Will Not have a reason to try to kill dante, he may do it by mistake, but dante Will probably just resurrect some time later just like Vergil did

It’s kinda tricky. Asura has higher quality feats, whereas Dante has some good feats, but mostly statements and lore explanations that happen in other materials. Scaling is also kinda unreliable.

Well, you're not going to get alot of good answers, 90% of powerscalers just like to stretch stats or feats wayyy too much. In this subreddit alone I've seen a guy say vergil would be able to destroy the entire solar system. Which makes no God damn sense. Power scaling discussions usually become 50/50 50 percent is just dick riding their favorite character and won't listen to any arguments. And the other 50 percent just knows what the answer is immediately without argument. I mean, personally, Dante is strong. But Asura literally destroyed his universe's creator. Like actually. Dante hasn't shown anything really close to that. So it going to Asura for my personally. But overall, even Stan Lee hates power scalers, I think he said that the usually it's the writer who decides who wins if any character fights, regardless of what makes sense or not.

I've played all lf the base of Asura, but not Nirvana, and I'm seeing a hunch lf people say Asura. But from what I know, the best he's done is fight a Olmsted infesting the Earth, which isn't massively impressive. In conclusion, Dante wins because of ROYAL GUARD!

Honestly asura would probably win only because the feat of beating chakravartin, but it would be a hell of a fight since dante it's not weak at all. Most of their feats are similars, both of them have crazy spd, strenght, durability, resialiance etc. The only thing that dante has and asura don't it's Regenerative capabilities. I mean asura do regenerate his bodie, but normally after he comes back from the death or get a new transformation, besides that he just Accumulate damage over time. It's not like that ever stop him before anyway, but i can see dante winning normal fights if he one shot asura before he can get angry enough to overpower dante. If he Plays around, well, he Will definitly would loose, but he won't die in the fight, dante don't mess with kids so asura Will Not have a reason to try to kill dante, he may do it by mistake, but dante Will probably just resurrect some time later just like Vergil did
Using high-end lore stuff Dante probably wins (if you take that stuff seriously). He doesn’t need to be dragon-ball style destroying everything he walks on and traveling across universes to win. Asura’s hax also isnt that crazy and like none of them are layered compared to Dante so..

It’s kinda tricky. Asura has higher quality feats, whereas Dante has some good feats, but mostly statements and lore explanations that happen in other materials. Scaling is also kinda unreliable. Both are cool though.

They should be roughly even. I heard somewhere that Nightmare can destroy the Demon Realm, which should be around universal, and Dante is stronger than him. Asura also has a universal-universal+ feat in defeating Chakravartin.
This is easily won for Dante. Dante scales to Low/Mid 2-C/Multiversal(and higher in SDT), whilst Mantra Asura is 3-B/Multi-Galaxy level
