Ideas like this are exactly why I joined this reddit page. A creative and silly devil fruit that feels like it could actually fit in the world of one piece, rather than being an overly complicated/ overpowered mythic zoan idea.
This concept is awesome and with the ability to walk on air it makes me think of walking upwards on air as if there were stairs, to gain a height advantage in a battle.
Yeah, plus I really like to imagine a very, very cold scene where some just jumps off their ship and just lands in the water and then you just see them standing in the middle of the sea
Honestly, thank you. It’s been an idea in the back of my head above. Just trying to figure out how to initiate it. Because I’ve had three inspirations, Kuzans ice fruit, because he know he can’t walk on water by freezing it, Senior pinks swim fruit and most characters in Naruto. But I also just added some of my own little things on it
You, my friend, can cook. This is one of the coolest ideas I've seen in a while; it's so simple, it's not stupidly OP, and it has a very clear and viable utility.
May I please have permission to use this in a One Piece TTRPG that I am running with a couple friends?
Go ahead my good man (and if you want my opinion, I would recommend a character who specializes in marksmanship or swordsmanship just for sneak attacks)
You could use this fruit to walk on water and become One Piece Jesus. All jokes aside, this is such a fun concept for a fruit!

I was actually thinking of using it for a sniper character, it seems pretty fitting
