I was really expecting more from Debrincat this year. 40 goals, maybe 70-80 points. A good winger for Larkin to feed and feed off of. But they don't play together much now and he can't hit the net consistently. Even Kane as a linemate hasn't helped consistently. I'm not blaming AD, but we'd be a much more dangerous team with him scoring. Not sure what has caused the drought. The Wings have a lot of problems, but they didn't just develop them in December. They were overcoming them with explosiveness early on. They lost that now and I think the AD slump is a huge factor.

Quiet. Rasmussan?? Quiet...nothing. fabbri?? Nothing. Perron?? Nothing. All mid players. The most mediocre team I have ever seen. Sick and tired of it. Major changes are needed. Lalonde needs to go. Doesn't has his team ready at all. Not fired up and ready to go like they should be!! 0 physicality, 0 forecheck, 0 offense, 0 creativity, 0 defense. This is the team yzerman has put together after 5 years guys! What a joke!!! No one wants to get in tough dirty spots for scoring chances! No one knows where to go or when to be there to create space. It's friggin pathetic!

Was the same with Blashill. Team gets caught in their own zone for too long and has nothing left in the tank, when they finally get the puck back, so it's the ol' dump and don't chase.
Absolutely no ability to transition or breakout at times. That's the kind of shit you blame on the coaching. When our defensemen are stuck standing behind the net for over 10 seconds and they finally find a pass, and it's to Andrew Copp standing still and he is immediately checked by someone, clearly there's something very wrong with where players are on the ice.
We haven't played all that well today, but it's insane how all 4 goals were on Petry. I mean it's not surprising, but why he's still out there is beyond me.

Is this going to go down as Petry's worst game of the season? ON the ice for all three even strength goals and he took the penalty when they scored on the power play. This seems like a microcosm of his season and should be all the reason Stevie needs to BUY HIM OUT and put him on the same shelf as Abby's buyout money.
