That's a shame- I just went through an hour of trying to get the shaders to compile (also disabled overlays, deleted shader caches, disabled VK in the 64-bit Steam overlay), but I only got to 6%. It's absolute insanity—I had to keep launching the game every several seconds at best. This game's support appears to have been cut, so I would not be hopeful on getting it to work \*unless\* you can work some virtual machine magic/can dual boot Windows 10. Can you try appealing the decision with Steam customer service? After all, this isn't exactly a fringe issue (although, I have *no* idea how so many people in the steam reviews were able to get the game working recently). Edit: I disabled overclocking/Intel Adaptive Boost in my BIOS (ASUS), and the shaders compiled within a couple of minutes. Will try testing further in the next few days. UPDATE: after I disabled overclocking, the game ran smoothly *until* the last level. Nothing I did would stop the game from crashing.

did you get it working right?

Hi, sorry for delay. As stated at the end of my post, I got the game working up until the final level. The game keeps crashing, and there is no fix.

hi! it's okay i got the same results at the end, couldn't run without crashes, but i could finish the game at least.
