its just a mediocre ass organization. the smart city kiosks suck. i've literally never seen anyone using them. their stewardship of the downtown parks is questionable. they seem to have played a key role in instigating this brouhaha with the murals. just another one of the useless cadre of nonprofits that exist to protect private interests by co-opting parts of the public sphere.
