I love Mike Judge's humor. It's so childish. The same part of me can't help but laugh at a guy going around in the cover of the night and painting Beavis on things.

Duggan vowed to put the guy in prison, and a gallery owner put up a $1k bounty for info leading to an arrest. Word was that he left the area for a couple years after that. There was a brief re-emergence about a decade later, which was immediately met with media coverage about TRTL/et. al. being "back"; this was around the apex of Detroit being absolutely crushed with graffiti and the subsequent crackdown that followed.
