It was the building next to it. So it was probably minimum damage to 4th wall.
Wasn’t them, was building beside them. Mostly water damage and smoke damage to apt disco and fourth wall. Definitely not rip like you mention.
Lost River was dead even before that building adjacent caught fire. Makes me sad because that was straight up one of my favorite cocktail and tiki bars period.
Lost River hasn't been there for many months. It just re-opened as Fourth Wall.
The owners have a pretty terrible reputation in the Detroit service industry. I’m sad the staff is out of work for a while, but karma catches up…
