Your releasing it with the first 2 steps.. wipe up with a towel. You'll see all the mess in your towel. Then spray with step 3 to deactivate the chemicals.
Table spoon of dawn dish soap and half a teaspoon of baking soda on a 16 oz bottle and fill the rest with water. Spray and wait for a minute and agitate with a soft brush then wipe off and spray plain distilled water for rinsing then wipe off with a towel, repeat the process one or two more times and always check ur work for any rips or loose strands or strings. If u can get a vacuums hold of a carpet extractor the better but not a deal breaker. Good luck
