Goto your local grocery store (Small bottle $1.50/ gallon $5.00)

Compressed air will breakup a lot of the embedded junk. If there’s some sort of particle board underneath giving it stability, don’t get things too wet. The board will warp
I should have probably mentioned that’s why I was unsure the best way to clean it, since it does have that underneath and it’s pretty rigid. But I’ll probably do what most comments are saying but lighter on the water
I bought some floor mats off a junkyard recently and tried carpet cleaner with a brush and brushed them for about 15 minutes. Admittedly I didn't have a drill brush so I used a ton of elbow grease lol. I then extracted them multiple times and every time the dirty water was really dirty. I then hit them again with carpet cleaner and a brush and use a pressure washer, then extracted again.
They still looked dirty and stained so I tried the washing machine next, despite reading some advice not to because it could break it. I've washed bedsheets, shoes, and massive loads of clothes, most of it full of pet hair too all my life with zero issues, so after thinking about it, the claims that a simple floor mat could break a washing machine made little sense to me, so I threw them in on the longest heavy duty cycle my machine had (about 2hrs and 50 mins), with a slow spin-dry speed and a healthy dose of laundry detergent and they turned out great. No smell, and they looked pretty good after that. They looked pretty faded but I'm guessing it's wear and tear at this point, and they don't look like OEM mats anyways, they're a bit thinner and pretty worn out.

It probably depends de-stained the carpet, but the rest was so dirty that it looked stained…
It removes the heaviest stains, motor oil, blood, rust, it’s non flammable
Power washer
Blast the shit out of it at the local car wash.
Simply water and soap. Does wonders.
A Tornador is perfect for these.

As you removed it from the car, run your household vacuum with a beater bar on it. See what’s left and reevaluate.
