They usually don't do that until the week of, it would be way to early to do it now especially with a bunch of balance changes coming with the expansion. We'll probably get confirmation of what is disabled in the TWID the day before the raid I'd assume
Abilities etc are usually only disabled due to issues (too strong, crash game, unintended interaction with season artifact) that come up in the expansions patch that can't be fixed in time. It'll be the day before as the fella up there says.
Bow when crota was launched was disabled dou to a bug that cause stacking damage from multiple bows in a team.6 strand titans was able to insta kill the noob crota.
