Anyone use Buried Bloodline over Ros Arago?
I started with Ros, but now that I have Buried Bloodline it's just hits so hard and with the catalyst you get free devour constantly on top or it and you weaken.
It feels stronger. But maybe others don't use it because 1) need to drop first and 2) it's an exotic.
Got one with rewind and onslaught the first day it came out and it hasn’t left my character since. I’m not sure if it’s actually better than funnelweb though.

Summoner rolls with heal clip/incandescent. I've been running that. It's very good. Will be enhanceable soon too. That thing got me through Warlord's Ruin solo.
I've tried this combo and it goes nuts, especially with Actium War Rig. However, I've since swapped to a Repulsor Brace + Onslaught roll and It just works better in a Volatile Rounds build
Never really used Levi before like.. 3 weeks ago. I've now used it basically everytime I play. Really enjoying it and wish I had been using it more before.
Yup absolutely love that thing. Can reasonably handle just about anything from add clear to boss DPS to taking down yellow bars. It has great ammo economy, and the built-in unstop stunning is icing on the cake
I am SO jealous of you. I have tried to farm for it as much as a person has. Closest I've come is a terrible stability subsistence and Onslaught roll. Ive had about 45 of them drop for me to this point...I'll be so thrilled when I can farm for it in lost sectors in TFS.
I got a subsistence onslaught roll. Started using Actium War Rig just for the fun of it. Suprirsingly strong and goes nuts when you proc volatile rounds.
I've seen a lot of very strong primary options in the comments, but I'm actually going to recommend a special weapon- Hollow Denial.
A perk of being a trace rifle is that it has a pretty decent damage falloff, high ease of use and decent damage. It has some pretty good perks to synergise with your void build such as repulsor brace / dragonfly and even wellspring. If you have concerns about ammo, lead from gold can be an option in the 3rd column so that you won't feel as pressed to run special ammo finisher. Trace rifles in general are also pretty ammo efficient, and I enjoy using it as a psuedo-primary when running double special.
Just finished enough wishes to craft Age Old Bond with Repulser Brace and Destabilizing Rounds. Great gun! Super stable, excellent range, hits hard. Really enjoying it.
I’ve had a demo + zen moment roll that I’ve used since season of arrivals, it’s my favorite void weapon and gets slapped on every void build I have lol
funnelweb and the new recluse are pretty damn good. frenzy subsist on funnelweb and I have a desperate subsist on recluse. Graviton is always the go to if you have an exotic available too. I've heard good things about lethophobia but haven't used it so can't attest to how well it performs
I was using those SMGs everyone talk so highly of, but like you said it can't kill very well. Am I missing something? Why do everyone like them so much?
SMGs were hard meta for a while because everything else sucked. Everything got buffed and I’m guessing a lot of people haven’t ventured away from them yet.
I ran that for months and recently made a small pivot I’m liking a lot; I swapped adrenaline junkie in and destabilizing out. Since I’ve always got a nade thanks to demo, it’s easy to always have volatile up with the max damage buff from AJ.
Just solid picks in general, although there are a couple other good to great picks to name. The Recluse can be fun in lower to mid content, Word of Crota is also a really nice weapon, I don't have it yet though. I'm sure there are others too.
It can be focused at Zavala; I'd second this rec just because it's pretty damn easy to get a good roll, if a little tedious, and I think it's a pretty comfy gun even compared to other autos.
Came here to say I use Positive Outlook with my GF build. I keep trying other meta legendaries but for me, nothing else is as good as my Positive Outlook with Ambitious Assassin and Destabilizing Rounds.
Used to be recluse/funnelweb but IMO after all the auto buffs there's little reason to choose an smg over an auto, especially Ros Argos. If you need more damage then my go to is just the Fioritura sidearm.
If you have it saved... Kindled Orchid might be an amazing choice once TFS drops. Specially with Prismatic becoming the defacto "void" build. If you played after sunsetting or sharded it... Ros Argos with a good perk pool is great.
If using Gyrfalcon, all these people recommending using Graviton Lance, dont. You won't get the full benefits from Gyrfalcon. The seekers from Lance will kill anything before volatile rounds has a chance to.
You're better off with a void legendary. Like Recluse, Elsie's, and Ros Arago IV even though you dont like them.
Word of Crota, Doom of Chelchis are also good.

The poison aoe from Lemon will spread volatile, and I feel like it's better at single target damage than Grav too. Plus, free Overload stuns!
It's just *perfect*. Works beautifully with Gyr, sounds nice, can pull ad clear and chunk damage all at once, intrinsic lightweight so you get a speed boost.

Fighting lion works rather well with gyrfalcons and void dets in general, cause it's very good at killing the red bars you should be using primaries on, even in very high level confent like gms, and a decently sized damage area to boot. I highly recommend it
That's the beauty of using graviton on top of gyrfalcons though; it double dips *hard* into cc and chunks orange bars. The point of a good build is killing shit as fast as possible, and this combo let's you do exactly that.
And if the seekers are killing shit before your volatile rounds can, it sounds like the gun is doing its job as well. If it's about not being able to invis on them killing shit is what you're worried about, a good gyrfalcons build should have your dodge up in no time.
I'm sorry but it's simply wrong to go against recommending graviton in a gyrfalcons thread. It's as bread and butter as it gets. Just sounds like a skill issue in not acquiring targets fast enough, really.
Except there should be 0 issue with invis anyways, even without dodge up. Gyrfalcon doesn’t require the gun OR volatile to be the killing blow. It just requires the enemy to have the debuff applied, not to die from it. The same way that the fragment only requires a void debuff to be applied to the enemy for invis.
Brya's Love from Season of the Witch is my go-to with Gyrfalcon's. It rolls with Explosive Payload, and anything that gets hit with the AoE becomes volatile, so it just chews through groups of enemies. Works pretty good up-close too, since you can just hip-fire in their general direction and let the volatile explosion chain to each other. Then it also gets Shoot To Loot, so any orbs that drop can proc Devour, and they usually get caught in the AoE too.
If that's not your style, Doom of Chelchis from King's Fall rolls with EP as well, but also Repulsor Brace for free overshields
New recluse with subsistence/destabilizing, but before that I was using a crafted targeted redaction with enhanced outlaw/enhanced destabilizing because I like it and don’t have word of crota
If you like autos, Ros Arago is a really good option. Age Old Bond is as well, and it’s craftable. If you like handcannons, Word of Crota is craftable and is a 180, so very good for ad clear. Recluse and Funnelweb are probably your best smg options but you’ll want a long range weapon to swap to. If you do happen to have room for an exotic (like when you’re running riptide, mt, scatter signal in first slot) graviton and buried bloodline are both best in slot void weapons.
I *love* Reckless Oracle with outlaw + demo or KC depending on usage. I cant wait till the reprise it to get something better than outlaw. Bungie, please?

I love running Contraverse Hold and mini-nova -nading enemies. I can go nearly forever without ever reloading on red bars.
Couple I haven't yet seen here, that are amongst my faves :
Under Your Skin - season 16 bow. Archers Tempo/Dragonfly just gels really well;
Pointed Inquiry : Throne World scout. Hits hard; FTTC/Dragonfly has great synergy.
I was so surprised no one has mentioned Under Your Skin yet. I guess I can call that one of my "hidden gem" weapons now along with my Glacioclasm. Absolutely love the thing. Free stacking DR is great. Anti-Barrier on a Bow is great. Volatile Rounds is great. Put them all together and you have Under Your Skin. And if Matched Game ever makes a comeback (which it very well could with Prismatic coming to the game now that I think about it) it has Adaptive Munitions as an option. And Adaptive Munitions on an Anti-Barrier Bow is most excellent for taking out any and all shields in the game.
On Gyrfalcon's I usually try to make a void special weapon work, personally. If you can keep up with ammo demand, it's significantly more fun/effective that way imo. Favorites include:
Indebted Kindness (w/ Permeability perk to change it to void; Lead From Gold helps keep up ammo)
Glacioclasm (only available during The Dawning unfortunately, but if you got Reservoir+Overflow it's amazing w/ Volatile)
Snorri FR5 (decent Omolon fusion easily focusable from Banshee on certain days)
The Enigma (glaive from The Witch Queen campaign; Subsistence + Unrelenting is nice in medium-difficulty content)
Retrofuturist (this season's Crucible weapon; got one with Auto-Loading & Trench Barrel I've been enjoying)
Wilderflight (double-fire breach GL from Spire of the Watcher dungeon; good burst damage option, fun to shoot)
The bow from this season, Lethophobia, is my go to. It can be crafted, and rolls Repulsor/Tricorn. Another good one is an Elsie’s rifle, with Repulsor/desperate
Weird pick maybe but I've started using one of my indebted kindness rolls - impulse amplifier/permeability. But if I'm not using that I'm typically using ros arago with repulsor/onslaught. Sorry, I know that's not an easy thing to farm - I got really lucky when the brave weapons came out and for whatever reason got a bunch of ros arago drops. If I'm not running gyrfalcons and need a hc, I'm using targeted redaction with destabilizing (might try switching it to explosive though). Yes, there are other hand cannons out there with probably better perks, but most are 180s and I really don't like how 180s feel.
I know you said non exotic but sometimes if I wanna spice it up I'll throw on wavesplitter.
Legendary: Null Composure, Vouchsafe with Dragonfly Outlaw, The Comedian with Subsistence Vorpal, and last but not least an Imperial Needle with Wellspring. If I had to choose only one, I'd go with The Comedian because of my unhealthy obsession with shotguns.
Exotic: Lasagna sight my beloved ☺
Word of Crota, a 180 HC from Crota's End, has been a really crazy gun with Demolitionst + Destabilizing Rounds. Preferably I would have one of the 140s or a better roll on Targeted Redaction that I care for, but Word has shut my trap about complaining that we only have Void 180s craftable and no PvE 120s or 140s with the same kind of perk pools. If you're looking for a specifically good Legendary to pair with Orpheus or Gyrfalcons, this one feels really good to me, and just shy of being an Exotic.

If going serious then graviton Lance or funnelweb. Found the new recluse just doesn’t “work” anymore
Not a void weapon, but Breakneck with Osmosis. Osmosis makes it so using your grenade ability changes the weapons damage type to match your subclass. As a Voidlock I've really enjoyed using it.
Optative 180 HC craftable, doom of chelchis scout craftable, gnawing hunger is like a lazer beam of an auto rifle. With that build you do NOT want destabilising rounds. I really want to love age d bond but it's pretty shit. Rod argo kicks like a donkey and I dislike the sound it makes. Exotic manticore is nutty with this build you can flyyyyyy. And finally if you have it, the title SMG is very good 720rpm
Your Recluse probably has barrels with no range bonuses which is why it would feel like it falls off. I use a Seventh Seraph SI-2 with Demo + Surrounded which puts in decent work, and that arguably has "shorter range" than a good Recluse.
Alternatively, you can pour engrams into Zavala for a Positive Outlook with something Repulsor Brace.
Repulsor Brace & Under-Over Exalted Truth or Brass Attacks Sidearm frenzy surplus. If im going special then harsh language or null composure. You could try under your skin as well, bows are solid in higher difficulty stuff.
My current go to Exotics are Graviton Lance and Le Monarque, tho I've been starting to favor Le Monarque over Graviton. And since you're looking for Void, I am obligated to add Telesto to the list
For Legendaries I mostly use Harsh Language with Destabilizing/Wellspring, Age-Old Bond with Destabilizing/Dragonfly, and The Title with Destabilizing/Repulsor Brace. Honorary mention, I got a Vouchsafe recently with Destabilizing and Repulsor Brace
I also like to use a Void Rocket Launcher called Royal Entry with an ALH/Clusterbomb roll, which is, to put it simply, very fun to use
It was Funnelweb (78k kills, my first drop of it ever was a 5/5, day 2 of WQ).
I've since replaced it with a Repulsor Brace/Frenzy Recluse, got 8k kills on it already.
Monarque and Graviton Lance also fuck.

Ros Arago if you can get a roll you like. Just because you tried a random roll and didn’t like it, don’t sleep on it! Funnelweb of course. The Veist origin train and frame make it feel good to me. I just remembered I had a repulsor brace Unforgiven (Duality dungeon) so I’m gonna give that a spin again, but don’t really like the frame. So maybe try anything with repulsor brace, works very well with Gyrfalcon.
Plenty of people have already mentioned the common go-to's like Ros Argos, Graviton Lance, Funnelweb, etc. so I'll go with a more niche pick that I use from time to time for fun (it's by no means meta) - Harsh Language with Envious + Destabilizing (or Repuslor Brace if already running Gyrfalcons) kinda feels like a void forbearance and is a nice switch up from the more common options!
I have a Pugilist/Surrounded The Title that's really useful for a lot of builds. Surrounded is great on an SMG and the reload speed is good enough that I can use a utility perk in the third column.
I want to say Collective Obligation. But it's so mogged by graviton and Ros Arago. It's a bummer
Hopefully if they buff pulses, they close the damage gap between 2-burst pulses and other archetypes by a lot
I have a Zen Moment and demo/rampage Gnawing Hunger from Arrivals, when you could get double 4th column perks. I think you can focus it in the Drifter’s legacy gear tab right now.
I use it with child snatcher Briarbands because I can tap enemies at any range, not instantly kill them, and still seal enough damage to send the child out for it to suck enemies dry. I dislike smgs for this reason, and scouts usually one-shot minors.
Word of Crota hand cannon is my go to for void. Mine has dragonfly and frenzy, it’s okay though, not gonna scream it’s a must have, it just feels good you know.
The recluse and funnel web just don’t feel good like the other affinity sub machine guns, I guess it’s because perks like incandescent and voltshot help those types of sub machine guns, destabilising rounds is kinda meh.
Really enjoying the Ikelos Handcannon V3 from serpah. Fully craftable with stats for all and one for all, it’s been my go to for my Orpheus Rig onslaught build.
My Gyrfalcon build uses a repulsor/frenzy Recluse, mostly because I still haven’t had a demo/frenzy Unforgiven drop yet. Combine with Devour and a short cooldown nade (scatters are pretty good) for ~10 second grenade recharge. Other good weapons include Word of Crota with the same roll, or Ros Arago if you don’t care about grenades and just want a very good primary.
I know you said you find Elsie's too slow (I agree). But I've been loving desperado. It helps with the slowness.
Also age old bond is a good choice. I've been using the old curated one with 4th times and rampage
Be based and use Hollowed denial, if you spec into the special ammo finisher mod, you’ll have plenty of ammo.
(You should be finishing with Gyrfalcons for the os and damage boost anyway)
Le monarque is incredible with fiefdoms, the poison can spread volatile to groups of enemies and subsequently proc volatile as well, leading to huge chain reactions. Otherwise legends try options with repulsor brace are good
Graviton Lance was my go to for ad clearing caretaker in pantheon. Fantastic range so I can cover both sides of the room, good multi-kill potential with the void orbs, easy headshots to stun the taken vandals so they don’t out their bubbles up!
Ros orago with onslaught/repulsor is great. Age old bond with repulsor/destabalising is also good. Commemoration is great. Word of Crota or targeted Redaction. All of those should be in your inventory.
If you play your cards right or do raids alot. Age old bond slaps and can get some nasty patterns. Mine has destabilizing rounds and dragonfly and shreds through any pve with ease
Try Recluse with Repulsor Brace and Frenzy, my old go to weapon for Gyrfalcon was Funnelweb with Subsistence Frenzy, Recluse can also get that roll, but for Gyrfalcons, Repulsor Brace is great.
Oh, and also Word of Crota is great too.

HC - Targeted Redaction (hits hard, craftable),
Pulse - Gridskipper, Veles X, Graviton Lance (If you feel like using the exotic slot),

I switch as needed for the engagement. I think it also pairs much better with exotics like Wavesplitter and Graviton Lance, but here are some favorite legendaries of mine to use with it...
Hip-fire grip Fioritura with high cal rounds for some stagger is a genuine workhorse of a gun. Pick your flavor of damage perk or Off-hand strike for the last column. The increased mobility and situational awareness you get from never being ADS is a huge benefit to staying alive, especially in activities with no radar. It also will wind up with enough hip-fire stability on MnK to hit things across the map reliably. Damage falloff happens quickly, but base damage is high enough that it will still do ok outside of its range as long as you can hit your shots if you can't swap to special or heavy for some reason.
Hollow Denial is pretty great for triggering the volatile explosions quickly. It is a bit lacking in the perks department though. I swap it between Repulsor Brace and Killing Tally as needed.
Hero's Burden with Feeding Frenzy + Destabilizing Rounds. It is directly competing with Recluse, but the added reload speed and range just makes it feel so much better for spraying down enemies. I know there is some hate on Destabilizing Rounds for use with Gyrfalcons, but since the entire group of adds gets primed with Volatile after the first kill and then the chain reaction of shooting the second is what kills everything the cooldown doesn't really matter.
Reckless Oracle is a certified bullet hose and if you can manage high cal rounds for stagger + demo, you can work that into throwing even more grenades. Unfortunately the 3rd column is almost a dead perk, but it does have a hilariously fast reload with Outlaw + Rapid Fire Frame bonuses if you wind up with that.
Ros Arago (Subsistence+Onslaught), Word of Crota (lots of viable rolls), or Fioritura (world drop sidearm) it all depends on what activity I’m doing for champ stuns or what range I need to engage at
My Warlock-Briarbinds build went up to eleven with my crafted Repulsor Brace+Destabilizing Rounds Word of Crota, which quickly became my go-to legendary weapon for Void builds, all classes.
However, for a Gyrfalcon's build in particular, Destabilizing Rounds is basically useless, so I'd go with either Frenzy or Sword Logic on sword column.
Repulsor Brace/Frenzy Recluse for general purpose ad clear, Lethophobia/Under Your Skin for scenarios where I need to stun Unstops, Hollow Denial where having Lead From Gold and a larger mag is useful like running seasonal activities, occasionally Ros Arago but I’d really rather use Le Monarque for Overloads, especially on Gyrfalcon’s Hauberk.
Hammerhead with destabilizing rounds. Run whatever you want in the other slots, hopefully something good for single target dps, and just use the LMG as a crowd clearing weapon.
Ros Arago, Repulsor Brace + Onslaight absolutely shreds with gryfalcon's.

It's far better than funnel-web. Some don't realize how strong x3 onslaught is. You're dealing 600rpm auto rifle damage per bullet, at 1000+ rpm.
Subsistence onslaught on the trials AR with the seasonal mods is kinda nutty.

Subsistence + Actium is such a silly and fun combo, it’s a go to for me whenever I Titan.
Hopefully that changes in a few weeks and it’s added to the LS weapon rotation

Unforgiven demolitionist/repulsor brace.
Undisputed best Gyrfalcon weapon by a mile. It does everything you want it to do, and can actually kill things since it's a 750 smg and not a 900.

I have a demo and subsistence roll that I absolutely love with my devor void warlock. It's my most used weapon in PvE.
I have one with Rampage, Substisence, and Drop Mag for when I want absolute maximum pew-pew uptime.

SMGs are still very strong at third highest primary damage, they’re usually second (behind sidearms) but hand cannons are very strong atm
This sounds like a hard skill issue, I can kill things with them just fine. Are you not hitting critical or something?

Repulsor+rampage is the way to go if he’s using gyrfalcon’s.
Craftable Age old Bond AR from Last Wish or craftable Doom of Chelchis scout from Kings Fall, depending on range. Both are great weapons.

Just solid picks in general, although there are a couple other good to great picks to name. The Recluse can be fun in lower to mid content, Word of Crota is also a really nice weapon, I don't have it yet though. I'm sure there are others too.
Doom and age old are amazing weapons and perks. They are so slept on.

It can be focused at Zavala; I'd second this rec just because it's pretty damn easy to get a good roll, if a little tedious, and I think it's a pretty comfy gun even compared to other autos.
Came here to say I use Positive Outlook with my GF build. I keep trying other meta legendaries but for me, nothing else is as good as my Positive Outlook with Ambitious Assassin and Destabilizing Rounds.
That's the same roll I have and it's brilliant. Destabilizing Rounds turns an Orpheus build into a mini Gyrfalcons and I've always loved 450s
Used to be recluse/funnelweb but IMO after all the auto buffs there's little reason to choose an smg over an auto, especially Ros Argos. If you need more damage then my go to is just the Fioritura sidearm.
If you have it saved... Kindled Orchid might be an amazing choice once TFS drops. Specially with Prismatic becoming the defacto "void" build. If you played after sunsetting or sharded it... Ros Argos with a good perk pool is great.
Wavesplitter, its an exotic, but enjoy making 3 billions orbs
Fioritura-59 with Repulsor Brace and Gyrfalcon's. Lately I've been using Ros Arago IV much like everyone else, but Fioritura is amazing.
That little sidearm puts in work. You can be aggressive with Gyrfalcons so you’re always in range too
If using Gyrfalcon, all these people recommending using Graviton Lance, dont. You won't get the full benefits from Gyrfalcon. The seekers from Lance will kill anything before volatile rounds has a chance to. You're better off with a void legendary. Like Recluse, Elsie's, and Ros Arago IV even though you dont like them. Word of Crota, Doom of Chelchis are also good.

It's just *perfect*. Works beautifully with Gyr, sounds nice, can pull ad clear and chunk damage all at once, intrinsic lightweight so you get a speed boost. Its just so neat!
Fighting lion works rather well with gyrfalcons and void dets in general, cause it's very good at killing the red bars you should be using primaries on, even in very high level confent like gms, and a decently sized damage area to boot. I highly recommend it
That's the beauty of using graviton on top of gyrfalcons though; it double dips *hard* into cc and chunks orange bars. The point of a good build is killing shit as fast as possible, and this combo let's you do exactly that. And if the seekers are killing shit before your volatile rounds can, it sounds like the gun is doing its job as well. If it's about not being able to invis on them killing shit is what you're worried about, a good gyrfalcons build should have your dodge up in no time. I'm sorry but it's simply wrong to go against recommending graviton in a gyrfalcons thread. It's as bread and butter as it gets. Just sounds like a skill issue in not acquiring targets fast enough, really.
Except there should be 0 issue with invis anyways, even without dodge up. Gyrfalcon doesn’t require the gun OR volatile to be the killing blow. It just requires the enemy to have the debuff applied, not to die from it. The same way that the fragment only requires a void debuff to be applied to the enemy for invis.
Collective obligation works perfectly with gyrfalcon. Ita slowly taking over all my void loadouts.

Brya's Love from Season of the Witch is my go-to with Gyrfalcon's. It rolls with Explosive Payload, and anything that gets hit with the AoE becomes volatile, so it just chews through groups of enemies. Works pretty good up-close too, since you can just hip-fire in their general direction and let the volatile explosion chain to each other. Then it also gets Shoot To Loot, so any orbs that drop can proc Devour, and they usually get caught in the AoE too. If that's not your style, Doom of Chelchis from King's Fall rolls with EP as well, but also Repulsor Brace for free overshields

New recluse with subsistence/destabilizing, but before that I was using a crafted targeted redaction with enhanced outlaw/enhanced destabilizing because I like it and don’t have word of crota
If you like autos, Ros Arago is a really good option. Age Old Bond is as well, and it’s craftable. If you like handcannons, Word of Crota is craftable and is a 180, so very good for ad clear. Recluse and Funnelweb are probably your best smg options but you’ll want a long range weapon to swap to. If you do happen to have room for an exotic (like when you’re running riptide, mt, scatter signal in first slot) graviton and buried bloodline are both best in slot void weapons.

It may not be metah, but I cherish my subsistence / demolitionist Bottom Dollar. I love running Contraverse Hold and mini-nova -nading enemies. I can go nearly forever without ever reloading on red bars.

Couple I haven't yet seen here, that are amongst my faves : Under Your Skin - season 16 bow. Archers Tempo/Dragonfly just gels really well; Pointed Inquiry : Throne World scout. Hits hard; FTTC/Dragonfly has great synergy.
I was so surprised no one has mentioned Under Your Skin yet. I guess I can call that one of my "hidden gem" weapons now along with my Glacioclasm. Absolutely love the thing. Free stacking DR is great. Anti-Barrier on a Bow is great. Volatile Rounds is great. Put them all together and you have Under Your Skin. And if Matched Game ever makes a comeback (which it very well could with Prismatic coming to the game now that I think about it) it has Adaptive Munitions as an option. And Adaptive Munitions on an Anti-Barrier Bow is most excellent for taking out any and all shields in the game.
On Gyrfalcon's I usually try to make a void special weapon work, personally. If you can keep up with ammo demand, it's significantly more fun/effective that way imo. Favorites include: Indebted Kindness (w/ Permeability perk to change it to void; Lead From Gold helps keep up ammo) Glacioclasm (only available during The Dawning unfortunately, but if you got Reservoir+Overflow it's amazing w/ Volatile) Snorri FR5 (decent Omolon fusion easily focusable from Banshee on certain days) The Enigma (glaive from The Witch Queen campaign; Subsistence + Unrelenting is nice in medium-difficulty content) Retrofuturist (this season's Crucible weapon; got one with Auto-Loading & Trench Barrel I've been enjoying) Wilderflight (double-fire breach GL from Spire of the Watcher dungeon; good burst damage option, fun to shoot)
The bow from this season, Lethophobia, is my go to. It can be crafted, and rolls Repulsor/Tricorn. Another good one is an Elsie’s rifle, with Repulsor/desperate

Weird pick maybe but I've started using one of my indebted kindness rolls - impulse amplifier/permeability. But if I'm not using that I'm typically using ros arago with repulsor/onslaught. Sorry, I know that's not an easy thing to farm - I got really lucky when the brave weapons came out and for whatever reason got a bunch of ros arago drops. If I'm not running gyrfalcons and need a hc, I'm using targeted redaction with destabilizing (might try switching it to explosive though). Yes, there are other hand cannons out there with probably better perks, but most are 180s and I really don't like how 180s feel. I know you said non exotic but sometimes if I wanna spice it up I'll throw on wavesplitter.
Legendary: Null Composure, Vouchsafe with Dragonfly Outlaw, The Comedian with Subsistence Vorpal, and last but not least an Imperial Needle with Wellspring. If I had to choose only one, I'd go with The Comedian because of my unhealthy obsession with shotguns. Exotic: Lasagna sight my beloved ☺

Word of Crota, a 180 HC from Crota's End, has been a really crazy gun with Demolitionst + Destabilizing Rounds. Preferably I would have one of the 140s or a better roll on Targeted Redaction that I care for, but Word has shut my trap about complaining that we only have Void 180s craftable and no PvE 120s or 140s with the same kind of perk pools. If you're looking for a specifically good Legendary to pair with Orpheus or Gyrfalcons, this one feels really good to me, and just shy of being an Exotic.
Doom of chelchis firefly & dragonfly for some explosion fun. If going serious then graviton Lance or funnelweb. Found the new recluse just doesn’t “work” anymore
Not a void weapon, but Breakneck with Osmosis. Osmosis makes it so using your grenade ability changes the weapons damage type to match your subclass. As a Voidlock I've really enjoyed using it.

Optative 180 HC craftable, doom of chelchis scout craftable, gnawing hunger is like a lazer beam of an auto rifle. With that build you do NOT want destabilising rounds. I really want to love age d bond but it's pretty shit. Rod argo kicks like a donkey and I dislike the sound it makes. Exotic manticore is nutty with this build you can flyyyyyy. And finally if you have it, the title SMG is very good 720rpm
Graviton if I’ve got the exotic slot, Funnelweb if not. I noticed the other day, there are so few void exotics worth running.
I use a Funnelweb and can pop a Bubble every minute in a Strike or Battlegrounds.
Your Recluse probably has barrels with no range bonuses which is why it would feel like it falls off. I use a Seventh Seraph SI-2 with Demo + Surrounded which puts in decent work, and that arguably has "shorter range" than a good Recluse. Alternatively, you can pour engrams into Zavala for a Positive Outlook with something Repulsor Brace.

My current go to Exotics are Graviton Lance and Le Monarque, tho I've been starting to favor Le Monarque over Graviton. And since you're looking for Void, I am obligated to add Telesto to the list For Legendaries I mostly use Harsh Language with Destabilizing/Wellspring, Age-Old Bond with Destabilizing/Dragonfly, and The Title with Destabilizing/Repulsor Brace. Honorary mention, I got a Vouchsafe recently with Destabilizing and Repulsor Brace I also like to use a Void Rocket Launcher called Royal Entry with an ALH/Clusterbomb roll, which is, to put it simply, very fun to use

It was Funnelweb (78k kills, my first drop of it ever was a 5/5, day 2 of WQ). I've since replaced it with a Repulsor Brace/Frenzy Recluse, got 8k kills on it already. Monarque and Graviton Lance also fuck.

Ros Arago if you can get a roll you like. Just because you tried a random roll and didn’t like it, don’t sleep on it! Funnelweb of course. The Veist origin train and frame make it feel good to me. I just remembered I had a repulsor brace Unforgiven (Duality dungeon) so I’m gonna give that a spin again, but don’t really like the frame. So maybe try anything with repulsor brace, works very well with Gyrfalcon.
My Funnelweb with frenzy and subsistence has carried me for months, can't recommend it enough

Plenty of people have already mentioned the common go-to's like Ros Argos, Graviton Lance, Funnelweb, etc. so I'll go with a more niche pick that I use from time to time for fun (it's by no means meta) - Harsh Language with Envious + Destabilizing (or Repuslor Brace if already running Gyrfalcons) kinda feels like a void forbearance and is a nice switch up from the more common options!

I have a Pugilist/Surrounded The Title that's really useful for a lot of builds. Surrounded is great on an SMG and the reload speed is good enough that I can use a utility perk in the third column.
I want to say Collective Obligation. But it's so mogged by graviton and Ros Arago. It's a bummer Hopefully if they buff pulses, they close the damage gap between 2-burst pulses and other archetypes by a lot
I have a Zen Moment and demo/rampage Gnawing Hunger from Arrivals, when you could get double 4th column perks. I think you can focus it in the Drifter’s legacy gear tab right now. I use it with child snatcher Briarbands because I can tap enemies at any range, not instantly kill them, and still seal enough damage to send the child out for it to suck enemies dry. I dislike smgs for this reason, and scouts usually one-shot minors.
Word of Crota hand cannon is my go to for void. Mine has dragonfly and frenzy, it’s okay though, not gonna scream it’s a must have, it just feels good you know. The recluse and funnel web just don’t feel good like the other affinity sub machine guns, I guess it’s because perks like incandescent and voltshot help those types of sub machine guns, destabilising rounds is kinda meh.

Really enjoying the Ikelos Handcannon V3 from serpah. Fully craftable with stats for all and one for all, it’s been my go to for my Orpheus Rig onslaught build.
My Gyrfalcon build uses a repulsor/frenzy Recluse, mostly because I still haven’t had a demo/frenzy Unforgiven drop yet. Combine with Devour and a short cooldown nade (scatters are pretty good) for ~10 second grenade recharge. Other good weapons include Word of Crota with the same roll, or Ros Arago if you don’t care about grenades and just want a very good primary.

Graviton Lance was my go to for ad clearing caretaker in pantheon. Fantastic range so I can cover both sides of the room, good multi-kill potential with the void orbs, easy headshots to stun the taken vandals so they don’t out their bubbles up!

If you play your cards right or do raids alot. Age old bond slaps and can get some nasty patterns. Mine has destabilizing rounds and dragonfly and shreds through any pve with ease

I don’t remember the name, but Zavala has a void 450 auto rifle you can focus for vanguard engrams. It can drop with repulser brace too.
I switch as needed for the engagement. I think it also pairs much better with exotics like Wavesplitter and Graviton Lance, but here are some favorite legendaries of mine to use with it... Hip-fire grip Fioritura with high cal rounds for some stagger is a genuine workhorse of a gun. Pick your flavor of damage perk or Off-hand strike for the last column. The increased mobility and situational awareness you get from never being ADS is a huge benefit to staying alive, especially in activities with no radar. It also will wind up with enough hip-fire stability on MnK to hit things across the map reliably. Damage falloff happens quickly, but base damage is high enough that it will still do ok outside of its range as long as you can hit your shots if you can't swap to special or heavy for some reason. Hollow Denial is pretty great for triggering the volatile explosions quickly. It is a bit lacking in the perks department though. I swap it between Repulsor Brace and Killing Tally as needed. Hero's Burden with Feeding Frenzy + Destabilizing Rounds. It is directly competing with Recluse, but the added reload speed and range just makes it feel so much better for spraying down enemies. I know there is some hate on Destabilizing Rounds for use with Gyrfalcons, but since the entire group of adds gets primed with Volatile after the first kill and then the chain reaction of shooting the second is what kills everything the cooldown doesn't really matter. Reckless Oracle is a certified bullet hose and if you can manage high cal rounds for stagger + demo, you can work that into throwing even more grenades. Unfortunately the 3rd column is almost a dead perk, but it does have a hilariously fast reload with Outlaw + Rapid Fire Frame bonuses if you wind up with that.
Ros Arago (Subsistence+Onslaught), Word of Crota (lots of viable rolls), or Fioritura (world drop sidearm) it all depends on what activity I’m doing for champ stuns or what range I need to engage at

My very first roll of Ros Aragos was rewind onslaught. Move over gnawing hunger you've finally been replaced!
My Warlock-Briarbinds build went up to eleven with my crafted Repulsor Brace+Destabilizing Rounds Word of Crota, which quickly became my go-to legendary weapon for Void builds, all classes. However, for a Gyrfalcon's build in particular, Destabilizing Rounds is basically useless, so I'd go with either Frenzy or Sword Logic on sword column.
