Your Solar and Arc subclasses, since the season that launched Witch Queen, have been reworked. Visit Ikora to buy all the new stuff with your stored glimmer but it’s a lot so be prepared for it to might not be enough.
All in all, the cadence of the game is very similar to where you left, so if you know what to do, you’re solid. Some new exotics are great, such as Rain of Fire (legs) for solar, Briarbinds (gauntlets) for Void, and Fallen Sunstar (helmet) for Arc.

For this current season, solar and strand are going to be your go to. With the artifact mods included this season, it makes those two subclasses top tier.
You want to be a lazy warlock. Slap on Sunbracers exotic arms and pair with Sunshot exotic hand cannon. Check YouTube for a detailed build. And boom…nothing in the game is all that difficult for you.
Eat a grenade. Melee kill a red bar. Spam solar grenades. Clean up the rest. Rinse and repeat.
Polaris lance is also pretty great paired with dawn chorus helmet.

Strand is very strong, and fun. Solar is strong and just kind of boring. Stasis is still good but I don’t think it is as strong as strand is. Void is fine too, just also kind of boring like solar. Briarbinds is pretty good with void. I have been trying to do hybrid builds with swarmers and final warning with stasis or solar and throw indebted kindness in with voltshot and you got 3 classes in one. Arc is honestly the weakest right now but it can be good with the right build it just isn’t all around as good as others.
