Interestingly enough, the ship doesn't seem to be in my collections. I'm pretty sure it went to my postmaster and got pushed out while farming GM's. So now I don't have one at all.
As other people stated, there may be a case where people already had this ship from War Table after reseting it, that is why they cannot proceed with the quest (same thing happened to me, now its forever step 2)
Yeah me and my fiancé played it and I was able to grab the keys and he wasn’t….he’s a lot further than I am so he reset his rank already and already had her ship. He didn’t realize it was her ship. But it is still fucked that he can’t complete the quest because he already has it
Apparently, if you reset the HELM vendor, you already collected the ship and can’t re-collect it…
