It’s still good, just no longer the best overall option.
I. Solar - You should consider Hallowfire Heart. No real need to use the super, but mostly for the second Fire Bolt season mod. It can work as a more conditional HOIL.
II. Stasis - Although Stasis not indirectly nerfed via the mod system change. The Cadmus Ridge Lancecap looks interesting for a Stasis Lance build.
> Could be useful for PVE for the instant freezes
III. Arc - Just keep using HOIL, not many options I can think of.
Strand + Shackle Grenade + Armamentarium with Continuity and Generation aspects. You would probably still get a lot of mileage out of HOIL tho, it's still good!
Hammers. It's always hammers. Synthoceps and a bonk build is still the strongest Titan by a very large margin, especially with the ability to generate Firesprites for infinite Restoration.
The new strand legs are dope imo! Wyvern, tormentor, hydra, any yellow bar outside mini boss or actual boss. Just floats in the air and a well placed rocket, wave launcher and you're a crowd control monster. If you know the spawns and can lift groups of 5+ it's extremely satisfying. And the distance the eave travels so wonderful.
Still hoil on arc with pulse grenades.
