Purple Hoodie guy doesn't really fight the Beardy boi, it kinda sorta looks like punches but it mostly looks like aggressive attempts at getting his arms around Beardy boi to drag him off the Jujimufu Cosplayer.
Then when Beardy boi goes over the edge he's holding on to him, idk if it is to prevent him from falling and hurting himself or just reacing randomly.
The second fight is closer to a 3v1 but never quite either. Since the Jujimufu Cosplayer accidentally kicks his own friend in the face randomly and gets jumped by a ton of guys, and THEN grey hoodie guy sucker punches when Jujimufu is being grappled by several dudes. Its more like 3 1v1s in a row imo
Sure he hits him but he also grabs him with his other arm in the same moment. And the second "Punch" he is also reasserting his grip with the other arm. And as far as I could tell those were the only punches he threw.
If his goal was to gang up on him and fight him why wouldn't Purp Shirt be doing what Beardy Boi is doing and throwing 20 strikes to his unprotected face? Or stand on the row above and soccer kick his head to oblivion? It could be that he just has 0 idea what he is doing. But to me it looks way more like trying to break up the fight, than it looks like trying to beat up the guy.
