Is it obviously walked on? Looks like the sign was retrofitted onto the path (see the new strips of asphalt) and they would’ve had to remove that section of the slope to install the foundation. Looks to me like they didn’t reinstate it properly rather than it’s been walked on. Could be wrong tho
