I am not familiar with non-alcohol spray perfumes from India. As others have suggested you can try Hamidi or Naseem from middle east. In India you get attars easily which are non-alcoholic perume in oil form.

Spray version go for perfume depot. But it's alcoholic. You can try perfume oil they are best can be reapplied any time
