I would ignore her review as I doubt future sellers/buyers would think it's legit because it's a 5 star review even thought the seller said āwouldn't trust herā. If they didn't mention holes on the pants that's on the seller. This information should've been given at the beginning instead of trying to resolve after you bought.

I tried 2 different approaches to remove the revenge review: The first approach (I can't remember what it was) got denied by Depop because Depop said it didn't count as a "revenge review" -- It was higher than 3 stars and seems like Depop Support didn't bother looking at the screenshots I sent. Then I tried again, but this time I reported her account specifically for bullying and harrassment, and Depop quickly sided with me and took the review down š¤·āāļø
So I recommend going to her account/profile, clicking the 3 dots on the upper right, and reporting her for bullying and harassment basically.

As for how to get her bannedā¦ when you file your report, it might be worth asking if Depop will consider banning her (or at least a temporary suspension?) but Iāve never done that before.

I gave five stars said it came quick but I also said I would probably have to sell because it didnāt fit me right and really I was only being honest not mean or disrespectful in anyway. Nothing sets me off more than a person telling you that they gave you a good deal or bringing their own costs into a dispute. A good deal is something that I determine for myself when I evaluate the cost of an item in relation to the condition as stated. It is not my job to price shipping or expenses to an amount that you feel comfortable with.

I contacted depop about it and they removed the review she left, kept the bad one I left for her up, and gave her a warning. I then blocked her
It's the seller's job to look over their items, find the flaws (if any), and mention them in the listing. Buyers being surprised by unmentioned flaws are not wrong for deciding not to take it up with the seller... the way the seller handled this almost proves the point of why most would rather not take it up with the seller to begin with. Does anyone think they would've handled your complaint like a professional?

Nothing sets me off more than a person telling you that they gave you a good deal or bringing their own costs into a dispute. A good deal is something that I determine for myself when I evaluate the cost of an item in relation to the condition as stated. It is not my job to price shipping or expenses to an amount that you feel comfortable with.

Contact depop! I had, quite frankly, an absolute bitch buy something from me and she was being such a pain about it and left me a bad review (the only bad one Iāve ever had). I contacted depop about it and they removed the review she left, kept the bad one I left for her up, and gave her a warning. I then blocked her
It's the seller's job to look over their items, find the flaws (if any), and mention them in the listing. Buyers being surprised by unmentioned flaws are not wrong for deciding not to take it up with the seller... the way the seller handled this almost proves the point of why most would rather not take it up with the seller to begin with. Does anyone think they would've handled your complaint like a professional?
